Its made for logs, in ur other vids ur kinda using it as a wood chipper? Somewhat. Larger logs without branches is the Main use, maybe some branches is fine but not small sticks its not surprising it got stuck sometimes. There are many vids of log choppers on yt, its supposed to simply give you chopped wood.
