- ARD ROCK 2022 was pretty special! Even more enjoyable that I've been off my bike for nearly 6 weeks and i got to race this! Shoulder is nearly back up and running properly. Big up to Gav at coal bikes for sorting me out a race ticket for this event was awesome!!
