Oh Lynn I am so happy to see the proper restoration of your windows. I get so upset when I see beautiful old buildings destroyed by doing “modern “ things, also when I see some torn down. You are wonderful! ❤ Ann
So interesting!!! I’m so excited for you to turn this space into your creative space! All that room and beautiful walls and beautiful windows. And it was there all the time. I cannot wait to see what you do with this space.
Hi Linda! I think this floor will remain empty, unfortunately. We are developing my creative film studio on the first floor, and at home in my art studio 💓
You are so cute Lynne! This is so exciting! Thank you for taking us along and I can’t wait until the next episode! I love to see the actual work being done! This is like This Old House 2.0 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
I’m so excited for you & this restoration . I keep saying I need to join your private creative group … can’t wait to see what & how you finish and use that 3rd floor . I have my guess in already …
Thanks for following along! At this time, the project is for preservation only… to keep the structure from deteriorating. No plans for the third floor.
What a wonderful piece of history you are able to participate in! May I ask what is the scope of Tallis work? Just regional or a larger expanse of areas? I looked up where to buy old wood just out of curiosity and that alone is a lot of research, travel , and expense.❤
Lynne this is so intriguing. Thank you for sharing your process. So since you’re going to be filming on this floor (I believe that’s the purpose) are you going to install new shutters? It would be so amazing to see this process. I just love old windows. So happy they can salvage and restore. Wonderful to watch
Did not want this episode to end - love seeing old buildings being renovated with caring workmanship using the existing materials. Once done will you be using upper floors - such a beautiful building.🖤🤍
Hi ! Thanks so much for watching! We are very excited about this project. Stay tuned for more! At this time, we just use the second floor for inventory, third floor is empty. No plans for us to build it out

That 3rd floor is an excellent art studio space. I’m sure this is soooooooo expensive. Beautiful.
