- Today we check up on the piglets as the oldest litter reaches 5 weeks old this week! We have been blessed again this year with great healthy piglets and we couldn't be happier. Today we run through the farrowing and check on each of our 6 kunekune litters this spring.
Soon we need to move a litter out so we can move more pregnant pigs in.

Have you lost any piglets since moving the sow's into the shed? How are Kune's as mother's?
No we haven’t. We have only had good experiences with the mothers
@@KCFarms cool! I haven't heard of anything bad about Kune Kunes being bad mothers. It's the other breeds that are bad mothers and savage their piglets. Has that ever happened to you before? Anyways, I enjoy watching your videos. The Kunes , especially the piglets, make me smile. Stay cool! It's 96 in Chicopee Massachusetts! We've got a Heat Wave all this week, and again next week.

How bad is the smell ? Is it true they only use one corner for the bathroom and they don't go the bathroom in the stalls?
Honestly they don’t smell. They only time they have used the bathroom in the stalls is when it was very cold outside
