    We just had a 78 lb kenhanafuji heifer calf, and then a 69 lb itomichi 1-2 heifer on Christmas Eve. I love the breed and the meat is even better! Really nice broken down video ...happy ranching

    Continental Wagyu, or Continental Black Hybrid Angus, in an operation like yours will supply sole proprietorship restaurants throughout the hemisphere. So the better the marbling, and pinker the beef, with the flavor of the Angus for Brazilian styled steakhouses is your play. You get to sell the entire animal, people want more than just steaks! Cinco! Sounds like you have a protocol to make it Cinco Ranch! Great use of flood plains!

    Ranger cattle co. isn't all what you think it is. I found out about a couple years ago. Being a fellow Ranger I thought they could share some experiences, so I reached out to them.       Incorrect. Wagyu means Japanese Cow, as in species. If you breed Siberian Huskies in Texas you wouldn’t call them a Texan Husky. It would be incorrect to call it Kobe beef, as that refers to the prefecture, but this is indeed Wagyu

    There is no way that’s Wagyu with barbed wire , you know just as well as I do once they lean on the fence it leaves that mark on the meat forever , how do they score it ? I raise them myself in Georgia and spent 2 million dollars on all round bar fencing , I call bull , your Raising wangus or paying off the meat processor

    I don’t care what the quality grade is, how it’s made, or where it comes from. Beef in general is still scientifically proven to be very unhealthy for human consumption in many regards. You get the protein from it and that’s it.
