One thing is you can’t be greedy when you first start your business you’re first year or two you should focus more on promotion’s and marketing. You can’t forget people are taking a risk when buying your product once their is a demand for your food you can raise profit margins
DO NOT EVER borrow money from family or friends because if you fall short somewhere down the road, you won't be able to face them or they will be a nightmare to deal with later on. Secondly, its better to disappoint a bank than family and friends.
@kmydesire12 take small steps toward the overall goal. Don't let not knowing some aspect of the business stop you. Ask questions. Research whatever it takes if it's your passion than follow it
Do you happen To know if my food trailer needs a license plate in South Carolina? Trailers don’t get tags around here but can’t find out if my food trailer needs on
Bottom line... Be prepared to spend 99 percent of your business revenue on government entities demanding your money to have said business. What a corrupt society we live in. Crazy that about the first 10 steps in this video on running a food truck is how to pay the government for the opportunity to run the food truck. No disrespect to the guy publishing the video. It's really helpful. Just crazy all the money you have to pay the government to make money. Oh, by the way, you have to pay taxes on all of it too.
