Energizer Vision 1500 Flashlight Kit!

- Here is the Energizer Vision 1500 flashlight kit. Surprising and impressive performance for a light only running on AA batteries. This runs on the included six Energizer Max batteries for 1500 lumens of light on the highest output. This reminds me a lot of the old school Mag-Lite but this is much lighter in weight and much brighter too. This has a both ramping or stepping UI's. Plus you can hold down to change from flood to more of a combination beam. This looks nice. I think this is a pretty good budget flashlight that is easy to use plus having AA batteries which you can get anywhere so for emergencies as well. This would be a great grandpa light! Same form factor, old trusty AA batteries. Thanks for the review CB!
Thanks for watching!
Couldn’t figure out how to insert the batteries so thank you for this video. I was finally able to get it to work!
YW! Thanks for watching!
I like the idea behind the optics and generally this is a great light for something that is designed with the average user in mind!
Thanks for watching!
I love that, so dry " you could use that as a weapon" lol
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this video I have had this light bout 5 years and never could get it to work
Oh wow. Glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Impressive the new tech at 1500 lumens plus lower settings. Really depends what you want a flashlight for as 1500 lumens must eat through the 6 AA batteries.
Highest level will wear down batteries quicker but does well on lower levels. Thanks for watching!
On highest level it lasts between 4 and 5 hours.
I could not figure out the different modes, thank you so much man
YW! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for Your video, I've just purchased this torch, oh well, I had the batteries the wrong way round for starters, mine doesn't have a positive 'click' on the switch as Yours, however the functions are there, thanks again, Greetings from the UK 👍
YW! Thanks for watching!
Thank goodness i came across this video, otherwise i might've break my flashlight tryin to twist the head like how some of them are lol.
Thanks for watching!
So glad you did this video because I would have not figured it out without your instructions.
YW! Thanks for watching!
Thanks I needed this as I put the batteries in backwards....haha
YW! Thanks for watching!
You need a flash folding knife to impress EDC nerds on UA-cam :)
If you say so. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for showing how to change modes. Energizer needs to add instructions, poor product experience.
No problem. Thanks for watching!
I agree about the instructions...
Keep in mind that camera's automatically dim the recording light , even 6000 lm flashlights look not to impressive on camera...
I use 4k cameras and have the adjusted to help show the lights as best as possible but nothing beats the real eye. Thanks for watching!
From the camera it look like 300 lumens. Real life it will show it true lumen
i would like to request a compare with energizer 1300 lumens
I am too busy to compare because of other flashlight product reviews. Thanks for watching!
Entonces 1500=1300.
Can't get the battery to unscrew to replace the battery
You may have to use more force to unscrew the tail cap. Thanks for watching!
The flashlight is notorious for not working properly. Most likely the problem is with the switch which places this light at the lower end when considering performance and reliability.
Thanks for watching!
Do you have a possible solution for opening the flashlight up? I can no longer open mine :(
Vice grips with a little rubber between then and the light so you don't scratch the light. Thanks for watching!
I’m having the same issue!
Help sir. I couldn't open the battery lid. It's so tightly locked. Ive been trying for months to open it with all my strength and double sided tape as added grip
Use a pair of large plyers with a rubber or cloth between. Your batteries may have leaked. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec thank you good sir. Will try that tomorrow
That light beam is easy on the eyes.
Thanks for watching!
My strobe function stopped working suddenly, is there a way to fix that?
Take the batteries out then as you screw on tail cap hold down power switch. Then click on and off then try to strobe your light. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec Unfortunately its still broken, thanks for trying tho
@@CharlesBridgTec Hey so I found out what the issue is and how to fix it. As it turns out my batteries were somewhat dead, once they ran out I replaced them and the strobe function works again. Turns out all it needed was a new set of AAAs
Es mejor sin el estrobo, a mi molesta eso de las linternas led, todas tienen 3 modos, alto bajo y estrobo.
Great flashlight video, Do you like battery-type products?
Thanks for watching!
Opening their packs of batteries is difficult too!
Thanks for watching!
If cops had this 30 years ago it would of destroyed the maglite. Charles can this use rechargeable AAs??
Yes it can. Thanks for watching!
Just get the rechargeable 1200 flashlight
Do the flashlight get hotter when using in long time in high lumens?
Any light will get very warm using turbo. Using high will be best. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec your welcome sir..thanks for reply sir
Can you show how the batteries go in
I clearly show this in video.
I have had one for several years, it quit working tried to take end off had to use pliers like to never got it off. Put new batteries 🔋 in it wouldn't work. Little contact at end was stuck on flashlight 🔦 end not cap
Sounds like you had it too tight. Thanks for watching!
Does it perform differently with different batteries?
Not really. Thanks for watching!
I just bought this and I was wondering about the 7 modes. Thanks for demonstrating it..
I had Maglight flashlights. Horrible. Undependable. That large one ate batteries. My experiance mind you.
7 modes are shown in my review of it including strobe etc. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec yes, I saw your demonstration. I thank you again. I AM impressed with the 1500 Lumens setting! It's 1:00 A.M. I just went outside.
This KICKS out a strong beam!!
The packaging is rough to open. Utility knife needed.
Be well.
Senter yang bagus 👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!
If batteries leak(especially the first one in the stack) this light going to be toast. That hole is too small to fish it out like you can on maglites.
Ok? Thanks for watching!
Great video.
Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec No problem 😉 I’ve bought this Energizer a few weeks ago and it’s such an amazing flashlight!
Glad you like it.
i watn to use this light to imatate gun fire at night. does the light turn on and off very fast ?
Quick tap is possible. Thanks for watching!
i cant figure out how to use the digital focus :(
Digital Focus? Thanks for watching!
This flashlight it's of 2009??
No. Thanks for watching!
it' s difficult to change the batteries, the first batteries do not come out
Slightly tap the flashlight on the table or your leg. Use only quality rechargeable or alkaline cells for best performance. Thanks for watching!
Having the same problem you are, I can't even get it unscrewed 😢
I thought this flash light was junk I didn't like the cap for the batteries it didn't last long at all the cap kept falling off but I'm hard on my flash lights and this deff didn't stand up to my test
Yeah this not super rugged but for normal use will be better. Energizer makes more rugged ones. Thanks for watching!
5:45 optic shot
Thanks for watching!
dont be offended by my comment, i like your reviews, but imho the unboxing moment deserved a badass knife or multitool with packeage opener.
I wish I had a bad ass knife. Thanks for watching!
@@CharlesBridgTec thank you too for reviews.
5000K color?
More closer to 5700k. Thanks for watching!
dont be an idiot, you will blind yourself I am not kidding.
it only shows 1300 lumens one
Click my link for I see it in stock for April 7-9 delivery. Thanks for watching!
Charles BridgTec thank you 🤙🏼
👍
👍
no free pocketclip? 😂
LOL nope. Thanks for watching!
Only disappointing this is not rechargeable
Thanks for watching!
I know it
I am glad you know it. Thanks for watching!
Good review but mediocre flashlight. Personally I would stay away from this one.
If you say so. Thanks for watching!
@DON FRANCESCO SARMIENTO How is that better than for example my Fenix TK-22 V2? 1600 lumens, 41,133 candelas and 405 M range with an "Exotic" rechargeable 5000mAh 18Wh 21700 battery with a runtime of 80 hours to 2 hours and 10 mins depending on power level. It's also rated IP 68 and is reliable. If you want a serious flashlight that you might have to depend on sometime just spend 100$ on a real flashlight if not then you're fine with something that just works
@@reahs4815 Many people don't know about flashlight, don't know rechargable battery types, and obiously this flashlight use the common battery AA that maybe everybody know. So 1300 Lm from 6 AA es very well for those need littly more than simple 2 dlls flashlight. I have many flashlight acebeam nitecore bfl and of course many chinese like convoy astrolux. I have 1300 versión and is very usefull when can't access to rechargable battery.
But it isn't rechargable useless
You could use Ni-MH rechargeable cells in it though. Thanks for watching!
