Coffee can really hurt. I watched Sips and Hafu lose a really late good restaurant and there are several things you could blame but coffee is one of them. I guess any desert. Like ice cream is probably harder. But just the extra time that customers might randomly take can mean you lose because 10 people in a row wanted coffee and held up the lines so much.
The thing about the tray is that it does whatever it **CAN** do. So when a table has two dirty plates, you pick them both up because the game won't actually let you put the first dirty plate down onto that table again. So you end up fetching two dirties at once. Plus the tray will flip-flop between which of the two items it has whenever you interact with it. Every annoying weirdness with the tray stems from the aspects of whether you can put/pick up something and what item the tray is going to focus on next.
Yup. Grab one coffee from the prep station. Then interact again. Oh, you can now put a coffee in the prep station. But if someone had refilled it, two coffees are yours.
Hey Ped and everyone else! Tray stand is easy!! First in first out, if you can see the tray in your hand, whichever item is pushed forward further and halfway off the tray is the one that's going to get put down. also I think its always the right one
@@endorb I think I understand what you're saying, but isn't it impossible to drop something on top of something else? unless it's plates or something. I know some foods like pizza are antagonistic to the tray ways
@@Mutantman There are many cases where you can put something down on a tile containing things you want to pick up. Prep stations, dish washers/wash basins, a counter with a single plate on it...
there are a few pink cards that have that, basically any that make customers sit at a table longer. Another one that comes to mind is seconds, which is -30% customers
I believe the left cards always change customers and the right cards always change recipes. In general, the recipes are the cards with the negative percent customer change. Although sometimes the harder customer cards will also have it. This was a case where a hard customer card and an "easy" recipe card were paired with each other.
I just ordered a slice of pineapple and onion pizza because I have to try it now. Don't worry though, I also got a slice of sausage in case it isn't good.
The reason pineapple works with onion is the same with pineapple & jalapeno: sweet & spicy. UK gets to have sweet chili flavoured stuff (I wish we did). It's not much different.
Oh My God! First Dread Hunger done to death multiple times and now this pile of shite? I'm already bored of this game, having been totally over exposed to so many episodes (most of which are far too dull and repetitive to last 5 mins) Is The Yogscast so desperate for bank that they've jumped HARD on a title and then just completely over expose it to the point people are getting bored of the game before they buy it? Not great marketing for this tbh.

Ped knows that part. What gets him is just when it puts something down when he's trying to pick something up

ngl if guessing from voice only I would've thought this was mark hulmes
I think they have a similar accent but timbre is quite different. Mark is a little more clear and has a bit of a higher voice.
I click on this thinking "I don't remember him teaching a noob automation"... Papa Nino's might need a re-visit, overtime 50 minimum.
Working in a restaurant isn't fun.....but watching people play this game about a restaurant....😩👌👌👌
Pineapple on pizza honestly grew on me. Ham and Pineapple are genuinely a good flavour pairing.
There is a reason it persists despite the hate
The automatic hate for it reminds me of when I was a kid and thought ketchup would be weird on scrambled eggs: childish reaction
"...and I don't like ham, and I'm allergic to FUUUUCCK" - Arin
It's literally the parts of sweet and sour pork that taste the best, but in pizza form
@@RubelliteFae ketchup is great paired with anything “breakfast” egg related. Mustard is also great

5:10 huh that's like the first time I've seen the -15% customers on the left side instead of the right
Yeah I guess that card was too much of a killer, so they made it slightly easier with that change

How was it?😳😳
@@itsyaboiherman It wasn't gross but I won't be ordering it again. Pineapple by itself is better I think.
Im not a fan of Pineapple in general, but plum and caramelized onion pizza is fucking great.
pineapple is good on pizza

Watching Jemalki still plodding around messing up inputs on Overtime Day 6 is really painful.
You spelled Jemalki incorrectly in the description.
