It's very easy to get defeated in times like these so I wanted to open up a space for traders to share their challenges during these times and some strategies on over coming those challenges.
My 3-Step Plan:
#1 Get back to studying my charts
#2 Only trade from my computer (no more phone trades)
#3 Set it and forget it
