@@PastorJohnnyO scooters are not illegal. They can be on the road. There's bike Lanes but scooters don't like to use the bike Lanes because cars have to stick their nose out so far from entry points. Driveways apartment entrances, etc. Mix driving in bike Lanes. Dangerous because drivers don't see you before. They have to stick themselves out before they can pull out. If I drive on the regular road and follow the speed limit people see you, you're visible they can see my lights and it's safer that way. Plus I have turn signals and I use them where other people just change lanes without even bothering to use the turn signal. Creating safety hazards by speeding up past me by by going 10, 15, 25 miles faster than the speed limit just to get around me cuz they don't want to Get beat by a 55 kg scooter that with a 10-in wheelbase that goes 56 mph for 100 mile range.

An incident just happened in Miami where a guy in one of these scooters pulled a gun out on the freeway. The tag was fake and the scooter unregistered. The man had no ID. Seemed like a cartel hit out of Mexico.

You also need to hold the politicians who passed the laws to legalize e-bike and moped without requiring registration and insurance. I remember back in the Bloomberg administration someone could get a ticket riding a bicycle on sidewalk. Now everything is out of control.

She also confused the word scooter in the same sentence as ATV, Quads, Motorcycles. Some even had passengers shooting from the back seat. I don't know of any E-Scooter or E-bike that can carry two people with one of them shooting. A getaway driver that tops out at 25 mph. Real Jason Statham Transporter type driver dude.

Stop calling them Scooters!! An ATV, Dirt bike or any other motor vehicles are Not scooters 🛴. Drivers of cars don't follow the law. I drive a scooter to work and people go 10-15-20 miles per hour just to pass me even though I am going to the speed LIMIT (NOT SUGGESTION)! I do follow the law but see more cars breaking the law than following it.

The city government should offer a bounty for videos of illegal driving.
Well here's an idea to help get those types of vehicles off the streets. Require proper identification and real verification to rent them ??? The renters of this type of vehicle are only interested is the income. They care little about how their used or even returned. They have insurance that pays for any losses ? Just require valid, verifiable, and traceable proof of identity to be able to rent, or even purchase if you want to stop what's happening. But in a Sanctuary Anything, stopping or reducing crime ? I doubt it... 🇺🇸

When I was growing up we never ever had any crime in the city but there was a 9:00 curfew and if anybody was walking the streets after 9:00 or on the highway without an emergency or a reason they would pick you up take you to the police station and fingerprint you. You need to catch the thieves but if they're on mopeds and they're out after 9:00 after a curfew did you know you got the thief
