The only dumb ass shit was when he fell from the headstand with no control he could have really messed up bad even broke his neck, other than that if one has control over the movements and builds up progressively these are actually good exercises.
looking at the footwear and wondering if boxers would do better in wide toe box footwear so the toes spread out naturally and could leaver even more power than when they are crushed in compacted in normal pointed footwear , seeing as everything comes from the base
