Ford Ranger 2.5TD half turn tune 30-70mph and 20-80mph 4th gear

My UK mk1 Ford Ranger 2.5TD 4x4 which has had a fuel pump tune running 20-80mph (and 30-70mph) in 4th gear. I make it 23 seconds 20-80 and 14 seconds 30-70.
The fuel pump tune consisted of half a turn in of max fuel (hence half turn tune) and removal of the max throttle stop. No on boost adjustment made. 15psi on the EBC. Also fitted with a de-cat and an EGR blank.
Interestingly these figures are almost the same as my old ranger and certainly no faster even though it feels faster. The only difference is that I am running big 235/85R16 tyres which add about 10% to the rolling radius

Well this seems a lot faster than my Ranger. Mine is bone stock, and the glow plug light seems to flash on and off at exactly one second intervals. It looks to have had a recent (past year or less) service including plugs. Where abouts is the diesel pump adjuster, and the max throttle stop located? Looking to solve why mine is so slow, check the video I just posted to see just how slow I mean...
