For $1.7 million dollars I would expect a lot more. Compared to American condo builders and what they offer (including the 30% exchange rate) in major cities like Chicage we Canadians are being taken to the cleaners. It is hard to justify the value and price. Very bland.

For that money I would not want a Murphy bed in the master bedroom! And that’s a smaallll bedroom.

Unbelievable man, I can have a jacket closet, a den, and a low ceiling miserable balcony if I pay 1.7 million. Such wow, much impressed.

Only 1000 sq ft for $1.7 million?

As of this comment that same unit would be close to 2M today. Sometimes I think it’s just a handful of wealthy people “day trading” the condo market. They can afford to hold if they guessed wrong.

Omg. $1.7m for 1,100 square feet? It doesn’t look airy at all.
Also, just an FYI that a powder room bathroom having a basic sink and toilet does NOT constitute a 1 1/2 bath as you mentioned. The view sucks too for the money. Oh well.

They will sell it, its a big world out there and some people have piles of cash.

You have an odd concept of large. It's not in anyway.

Sorry. This doesn't look like anything. The view is a mess and it is ridiculously small including the balcony. 1100 sq ft... I guess this can be a dream for one wealthy student living in Toronto but this is it. Real estate has become completely disconnected.

    $1,300,000.00 over priced.
It was a nice looking condo, but not worth the asking price. And $1,200.00 monthly maintenance fee. that's $12,400.00 yearly "REALLY"! Likely be some Arab immigrant purchasing it or Asian.
The view was alright, but for how long until you have another few condo towers in front of you.
