I was going to go to a camp and about 4 months before the camp I had lice and my grandmother shampooed and combed my hair for 6 weeks and then she kept checking and there was nothing and she know I had dandruff cuz it's common for teens and on the day we leave to go to camp the nurses at the sign in centre checked everyone's heads and they said they only found 1 DEAD nit in my hair so I wasn't allowed to go to the camp :( and I was waiting 3 months to go to the camping trip :c so to make it up to me I get a doctor who blanket and doctor who lamp and doctor who figures :D but I really wanted to go to camp :c I've never been to camp and the lady need another lady to check and "confirm" is was a nit and the other lady walked over fast little look "yup it's a nit she's not going" I was freaking heartbroken :c
Okay. So one time my boyfriend was having a affair with my cousin. So one time I had live (got rid of it) but kept a couple of eggs in a little disc with a cover over a black Napkin. So I used that with an advantage and put them on his pillow. Let's just say he had to shave his hair.

It would usually only be a few students, but we knew who they were and left them alone. Also, they would be brought to our classes, highly protected, and would tell us how they got the lice. All the parents approved of this.
This is so difficult for the average person. 1) Grab a hair clipper 2) shave off hair 3) you were finished in step 2 have yourself a beer and enjoy the rest of the day.

Blow dry kids hair on hot low air while wet using reg comb to hold hair straight to kill nits and lice - pull nits & dead lice out after and blow dry hair for couple days to insure all is dead. My kids havnt had lice for years w/this technique - much easier and cheaper. Make sure not to hold dryer to close to head and watch ears too. Good luck

And for the love of not having to deal w it ANYONE WHO HAS LICE JUST GO KILL IT W A STRAIGHTENER. they can't live in 450 degrees. Wash crap in hot water vacuum n be done. Repeat straightening for sev days n a row. They can't live past a certain pojnt of life cycle so at least y know you're killing them all n not having to use harsh chemicals. Again sorry for negative comment about the voice lol. And that child's hair isn't at all thick compared to what I deal w lol
i got lice from my crusty ass cousins and i put vinegar in first. then i comed them out. then i used lice shampoo and left the shampoo in amd combed my hair out. and then rinsed my hair what not then continued to comb my hair out everyday. took about a week an they were gone :)

There needs a lice check for bald people too to check if they have body lice. There are different kinds of lice. Head lice lives in your hair, and the ones that live on your skin is body lice.

Do not take lice lightly they aren't head lice they are hair lice my cousins live with us and their sister gave it to them and the boy being the oldest had it everywhere and I mean everywhere so unless you want to be putting a uncomfortable chemical on some sensitive parts of your body he careful and if you get them treat them ASAP

Anyone can get headlice, but it’s less common in curly or Afro hair because they can’t cling onto the curls/coils. Hope this helps :)
