Repair of the manual wireless vertical vacuum cleaner Revmond RV-UR361.
Malfunction according to the customer: The brush stopped rotating.
The results of the inspection: The bearing on the brush clutch jammed and the shape on the axis for installation in the driven gear collapsed, allowing the clutch to be fixed to the latter.
Work: Restoration of the plastic transmission mechanism (clutch) coming from the driven gear to the brush, by melting with additional plastic and subsequent processing thereof to the required shape.
