Thanks for the recipe, brewed this beer today. Except I'm going to dry hop towards the end of primary and keg next weekend. I've never used galaxy or apollo, excited for this one!
Great video and instruction! Love it.. Wonder if you are purposely added a slight unfocused theme to your video or maybe its time to upgrade the cameras and lens in use? Great cinematography - just lacking a little of the crispness that I see on other channels if that makes sense.. maybe this effect is on purpose though. Again great stuff! Thanks!
Great video. I tried something similar last week except I infused thc. However, I added the thc during the bottle conditioning phase. Any idea on how the bottle fermentation will affect the potency of the thc? Only added 10 mg per bottle.
I didn’t notice anything negative. But adding them to the keg did help preserve the hop flavor and aroma longer. Those first several pours were exploding with hoppyness

Nice! I don’t think putting it in bottles would be any different from normal dosing in a keg or glass. Those are some potent bottles!

I see the percentage for the grain bill, but I'm confused as to a percentage of what weight.
Percentage of fermentables. Everyone has a different efficiency so that’s why I use percentages.
