People don't understand how physical and hard this really is, he is barley getting any air to the lungs which is needed to almost any physical activity while also jumping and swinging his arms at a very fast pace. どーやってやってんだろ
そもそもハーモニカは吹いて音を出す音階と吸って音を出す音階がちょうど和音を構成するように設定されているから、ある場所を適当に吹いても吸っても必ず和音になるので、大体の位置を吹いたり吸ったりすれば、和音付でそれなりに曲が吹ける。ちなみにこのハーモニカは長音配列のやつなので、基本的にメジャーコードになる。
そんな感じで、ハーモニーを勝手に作ってくれるからハーモニカという名前がつけられている
この人はだいたいの息の吹き吸いの場所を舌でコントロールしてるんかと思われるね。

You can evaluate them but atleast the judges should watch what they are doing. Ignoring someone's hardwork before checking doesn't sit right with me.

番組のスタッフはそれをオーディション等で知っていて、タレントに耳打ちしていた可能性もあります。
それを日本で大御所のお笑い芸人が直ぐにブザーを押すことで、「ツッコミ（TSUKKOMI）」をして微妙なパフォーマンスを「お笑い（comedy）」は変えたのかもしれません。
ちなみに日本のコメント欄において、「イギリスのサイモンもすぐにブザーを押していただろう。他のタレントもブザーを押す。デイビッドだけ面白がって最後まで見ていただろう」というコメントがありました。
