Nanika's nen was shown to be white while Gon's during his transformation was completely black.
Therefore for me it looks like Nanika is using her nen to dispel Gon's.
All of the Nen Alluka used to restore Gons body must be equivalent to what Gon used against Pitou, so everyone was able to indirectly see the power Gon reached

He just realized that Killua can use nanika without any drawbacks. Illumi is a control freak. He never cared about Killua, he just knew killua had more potential than him and he could never be the head of the family so he wanted to control killua. Thats why he tried to brainwash him from early age. Knowing Nanikas power was way to much for him too handle he has gone crazy when he saw that killua can use her without granting allukas requests.
