Slow n' Sear Ribs On A Weber Kettle | Weber Kettle Ribs

- In this video I go over how to smoke St Louis style ribs on a weber kettle using the Slow n' Sear! Cooking ribs on a weber kettle is a ton of fun and super easy to do! Something about a good rackws off of a 20 some year old kettle is also just so neat! The combo of the Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub and Blues Hog Tennessee Red has got to be one of favorite combos on pork and I highly suggest you give it a shot! As always I really appreciate you watching and feel free to leave a comment!

Thanks Chief!

oh that looked great man:) The colour on those ribs!
Thank you sir!
Always love your videos! Only outdoor cooker I have is a Weber 22" Performer from early 2000's. I love the Slow n Sear for smoking and use the bbqguru cyberq to control the temp.
Thanks @filc0 I appreciate that! I use that set up with the guru on my 26” sometimes.
Great looking ribs 👍. Nice job
Thanks bro I appreciate it!
Tennessee Red doing its thing again with these ribs! It looks super delicious bro! 🍻🔥
Yes sir the ten red gives them ribs some really nice color! And thanks bro have a great weekend!
@@MadHorseBBQ You're welcome man! Same to you. Happy 4th of July btw
Man those look really good. I love smoking pork ribs on my smoker. I really like the way you cleaned those up. I'm going to try St. Louis style again. Haven't in a few years. I usually use baby back. Great video.
Thank you Mitch! And there’s just something satisfying about a rack that looks and tastes good! Good luck with your cook!
Ahhhhhhh, I can’t grow a beard Brian. I was living vicariously through you 🤦♂️ Ribs looked great. Just bought 6lb of tailgaters. Love that kettle.

Heeeyyyy thank you Rob! And ya adding a little ten red to the wrap gives it some awesome color! Happy 4th bro! 🇺🇸🍻🍻
What was it like growing up in "The land of grills?"
Hahaha it was nothing short of amazing.
Great cook Brian on that vintage Weber kettle! Ribs looked delicious. I think maybe the lump charcoal burned hotter bumping up those temps. Happy 4th brother, say howdy to your dad if you see him this holiday! Cheers!
Hey thanks Jay! And dead on about the lump. Have a great weekend bro!
Like any good bar, business in the front and party in the back, plus on the ribs too! Great color on the ribs and pullback! Practicing comp style on the trim? Awesome job brother!
Heeeeyyy thanks Mr Charley! And my thoughts as well on the mullet. Appreciate that and ya maybe some practice for comps indeed! Have a great weekend brother! 🍻🍻
Those are almost too beautiful to eat!
Hey thanks Rusty I appreciate that!! 🍻🍻
What does the foil lining on the bottom do? Ribs look amazing! I tried the slow n sear last week for the first time…the bark came out almost black…running too hot? Thanks
Easier cleanup. And hmmm not sure on your bark issue. Did you use a sugar based rub?
Well Tailgateor BBQ rub made right here in Weatherford Texas won first place in a wing contest with it darn good. And you DIDN'T get a plum crazy MK4 TO GO WITH THAT KITTLE did you? Great cook sir.
Haha love me some party rub! And I have the purple mk4! And thanks! Have a happy 4th! 🇺🇸🍻
Nice ribs,
I also like that butcher knife, what brand is that knife?
Hard to keep low temps with sns, you wind up starving the fire and producing dirty smoke
