305 50 22 420v is a 124 load index, mine is 125. I've been told 55 front 50 rear, 60 all around, and I actually called nitto and the guy said 75psi.... he "did the math"
I know this is an old video but I want to get some myself. I only drive my 16 ram about 300 miles a month. I’m running a 33/12.5r20 but not sure what size I should get in the Nitto 420v.
Did you tow with them at all? I am looking to get 315/45r22 vs 305/45r22 I worried about the load rating. Load range F vs 118H, what load rating were yours? Thank you for your time!
Yes I towed quite a bit with them, mine were 10 ply load range E, im not sure if that's still an option or not but I do recall them for sure being load range E
Thanks for you review, I'm going for this tires since I watch you video, I have the old version of this on two of my trucks and so far the best tire I ever purchase.
What size lift/level did you have at the time. Looking to get 20x12s and 420vs. Just wondering if you had any issues with rubbing and if you had to cut or trim anything.
The truck was lowered, not sure if it was in this video but I really didn't think I put the 420vs on until I lowered it. If you have a big headlight truck it won't rub, if you have a small headlight truck it's going to rub
@@GavinHuke Okay, I appreciate it. I’ve got an 09 and haven’t been able to find any real videos or pictures on these 420Vs on them. Also isn’t then load rating on the 50s an XL?
OG Weld Cheyennes.. the original weld truck wheel line was discontinued in 2006 so they are extremely hard to find as there were not many made. Your best bet is trying to find some Weld XT's but you'll be looking upwards of 3-4k for the set. Same goes for these price wise

Awesome review, I just ordered 4 for my 17' Ram. Funny you mentioned throwing rocks. My winter set has BFG's and they def. throw rocks bad. I had a rock get tossed between my driver front rotor and dust shield. Sounded awful lol Had to take off the wheel and pry it out
I've been told they do well compared to the 420s but I got these in the spring and haven't been through a winter with them yet 👍 i did find a bunch of reviews with them in snow and people said they actually felt safe and didn't feel like they were going to slide to there death like the 420s

@@GavinHuke and your truck looks good love the clean white and chrome look I wanna eventually do the same kind of look on my 6.0 when I get money one day
Your referring to a 420s not a 420v. There's no similarities in them besides the brand. The load ratings and ply of the tires are not the same. A 420s is like 6 ply. You can get a 420v in all the way up to a 12 ply

Id stick with the same size I had on these, 305/50r20 or Possibly a 305/55r20. Look up the specs on the website and itll help ya make your decision

I need help lol would these tires be better then the G2 all terrain for pulling a boat out of a wet boat ramp??
Thanks for any opinions!
I've never had issues with either of those tires pulling our bass boat up the ramp. Neither seemed to have issues so im not sure which would be better

They are awesome, i love them. Ride is great and they hook great
after running these tires for about 8 months now, how would you say they have held up? still ride pretty good? etc
Yeah they are perfect, nothing has changed
