What's up homies. As you can see, I'm still on the abandoned place exploring train. Anyone else have a weird obsession with exploring abandoned places? 🙋🏼‍♀️ There's just something cool about walking amongst ruins and picturing what they once were. Today's location is an abandoned power plant in Jordan River. It's one of my favourite abandoned places on Vancouver Island. If you're wondering what to do near Victoria BC, an hour drive will get you to Jordan River and this cool abandoned place. Watch to the end for some cool aerial drone shots.

I go to this area often when I’m in Jordan River. I usually walk there. Takes me about 45 minutes to walk from Trailhead Drive to the power station.
They have some really cool graffiti art too. My favourite is one of a walrus

For the future just remember that every time you blow up a location you make it harder and harder for these places exist. Folloe the surf ethos of leaving the location details out.
