The pre-made balance of leaf litter and green mix on the suit is nice, blends in well for many variable wooded areas out the gate.

Reminds me of my Russian Chimera 3D leaf suit. I like it. 👍
Take a ton of pictures in a green screen outfit. Then you can make a website that lets you upload a camo pattern, scale it up/down to size. Then it puts that pattern on the green screen part. Sort of a Where's Waldo website but where people can test existing/experimental camo in various environments. Just an idea that fits with your channel. I like trying to create different patterns and would love to see (roughly) how well they would work if applied. It would be hard to make it match the lighting/shadows, but it could still be fun and informative.

Excellent that you do a NV test on these. Always a concern when buying something that has synthetic fibers is its performance under IR. I've found that camo spray paint does a good job of mitigating shiny synthetics even with a light coat. It would be a bit of pain in the ass to work around the leafy material but a person could work over the big pieces of exposed mesh with the krylon touch and probably enhance the effectiveness.
You know Brent is one of our best soldiers when he's been deployed to Romania. There's no telling how many men we've lost to the gypsies.

M1950 suspenders, they usually can be found pretty cheap.

How does it appear with NVGs? Some camo items light up and get real obvious in near IR.

Hey guys Airsoft is fun, go out and give it a shot. I love to larp at my local outdoor field, and with a ghillie suit on and it's an even better experience.
100% agree.
Exercising proper techniques, you can be pretty dang effective even without using a ghillie.
I did surprisingly well at a match a couple of months ago just wearing some Portuguese M64 brushstroke cammies. If I had plussed up with some scrim on my LBE I would have been even more effective. One thing I learned above all was that being able to stay still for long periods pays dividends especially when working within a team doing the same.

@@ZBZIK423 Don't. I bought the long back Cobra recently. They sent the cheaper, short back Viper. Very quick to say if YOU make a mistake there will be a large restocking fee, and if the postal service loses your goodies - your problem: should have taken out insurance. However, when BEEZ make the mistake they ignore emails and the contact form on their website. (And other people have experienced similar issues, going back years. This is NOT new.)

in the test I could see that ghillie quite easily as that version is compromised by colour
it is to brown and the base 3D elements just dont look like vegetation like that
infact some camo pattern BDUs you showed where more effective than it
I rather build my own with burlap and vegetation tie in points.
Thanks for sharing how well it does with Thermal and NVG.
I’ve run into issues with leaf suites, especially up North with so many plants that use thorns and snag easy, however down south they work great from what I’ve experienced
My KMCS is incredibly durable, thorns will snap off before the mesh tears, and if it should tear it is rip stop and incredibly durable.

I don't see this as becoming standard for line infantry, but Army SF and Rangers and Navy SEALS would probably go apeshit at the chance to have these as standard issue. I can't speak for Marines, I would imagine you guys are hoping for a man portable GAU-8 Avenger with a bayonet lug, IR/Starlight optics, and Picatinny rails for a flashlight, TOW missile, and other necessary attachments.
I wouldn't want to run around with this as a regular infantryman. I did another video over the cobra hood though which does have some practical applications for grunt in my opinion.
@@Brent0331 Saw that, and agree. That cobra hood would be very good when spotting for arty or air support, or to keep an eye on the bad guys when manning fortified posistion.

My KMCS Suit is designed to be used in all environments, it is incredibly lightweight and importantly, very breathable... Wear a wicking layer under it and you will cooler in intense sunshine than if you just wore a tee shirt. A light breeze will go straight through..
