Leaving a wife for the ENTIRETY during C19, with MULTIPLE, for the first time virtual/school aged kids & a career to maintain, while he ONLY considers what HE wants to achieve, is grounds for DIVORCE! That man is a Narc, to say the least. I feel for her. When the dust settles, he toast.

It is definitely possible. I hate when people say “when you get married you are no longer individuals, you become one”. That is complete b.s. in my eyes. You just have to make sure that you get a partner that is on the same page as you. You should have boundaries and know what you are willing to command what you aren’t. It’s okay if you hang out with your friends and your partner does the same. Even if you want to take a solo trip, that is okay. Relationships are not one size fits all.
