Building a Seed Starting Grow Rack

There is no way better to prepare for spring than to start your seeds indoors. One of the problems you may encounter when seed starting is how to get your plants enough light to thrive from germination until transplanting. My solution to that was to build a grow rack - a standard rack that can be purchased from any home or hardware store or Amazon.
I then outfit my rack with LED grow lights to optimize the growth of my tomato, pepper, lettuce and whatever other seedlings I decided to start indoors. I use TotalGrow Stratum Lights because of their thin profile, robust light output, and energy efficient design. All of these lights will then be on a timer that you can set and forget. This ensures seedlings will get a consistent amount of light and takes the worry off of you, the gardener.
