Saucony London 10K, Virtual Run | Exact 10K Route Video For Treadmill in 4k with music

This virtual run follows the exact route for the ASICS 10K so you can train and see the actual route you will take in the race.
We begin on Piccadilly and run up to the bright lights of Piccadilly Circus, we then go up Regent Street and back down again turning onto Pall Mall and to St James’s Palace doing a u turn and past Trafalgar Square. We then go up Charring Cross Road, back down and then on The Strand. We then run around Temple and along the River Thames turning on Westminster Bridge, back over the bridge and around Parliament Square following the road past Westminster Abbey and up Victoria Street back down and finishing on Whitehall.
Bonus: keep watching until the end to see the beautiful St James’s Park where you can take a rest, relax and perhaps have a picnic after the race.
