Waffle mousse sandwich
Waffle
4oz /120 ml water
2oz/60 ml evaporated milk
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla
1.5oz/40 g Melted butter
4.5 oz/130g All-purpose flour
1oz/ 30 g Cornstarch
1.5oz/40 g white Granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
Mousse
10 g sheet gelatine
8 oz / 226g Heavy Cream
4 oz / 113g white granulated sugar
1 oz / 25 g Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Instant coffee
4 oz / 113g milk chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz / 226g whipped Heavy cream

8 oz / 226g crema espesa
4 oz / 113g Azúcar blanco granulado
1 oz / 25 g Cacao en polvo
2 tbsp café instantáneo
4 oz / 113g milk chocolate
1 cdta vainilla
8 oz / 226g crema espesa batida
