I just found my early Christmas gift! I will be ordering this. Last year I ordered the Omnilux LED Mask per your recommendation. Best skincare tool purchase I have ever made! Thank you ❤
Great that you have started microneedling but to be honest you will get far better results with a microneedling pen…the individual needle cartridges are individually packaged, sterile and can be replaced, the needle depth is adjustable from 0.25 to 2.5 and the pen comes corded as well as wireless. I use the “Dr Pen” once every 4 to 6 weeks and the results are fantastic. I have the A6 which is an older model and have had it for 3 years now. The newer M8 is supposed to be fantastic and I will get that next when this one ever stops working.
Very helpful video. I can totally relate to being chicken about using the Banish stamp kit. I purchased it for pitted acne scars but did not know it could help other types of scars. I was surprised that you are from Ireland - your accent sounds American. You are very beautiful and thank you for sharing.
I love your videos and your honest opinion on things. One thing I have read on other microneedling sites is that many say not to needle the nose. The skin is a bit different than the rest of our face, and it says that sometimes it can heal 'funny' and not produce the desired results. I think you would love the Environ system, which was developed by the microneedling guru Dr. Fernandes. The rollers are actually very easy to use. If you start with the shorter needles, they help with product penetration and also kind of train your skin, so the 0.5 needles don't bother you much either. I think your pictures do show great results - as the damaged skin will always have to rise to the surface before revealing the new skin underneath :) Blessings
Thank you so much Andrea ☺️ Oh, I didn't know Envrion did microneedling tools...I'lll have to check it out. And I didn't know that about the nose....guess there's no help for that 😣
@@SkinObsessedMary I did want to mention one more thing - Truth Treatment Systems has a fabulous “Omega 6 Healing Cream”. They have great testimonials of people with even burn scars having great results. I have used it post procedure (IPL), and really love it. May be something worth looking into for your scars? (Which by the way are hardly noticeable on camera). He has a whole line of amazing skin care, but the cream is definitely a stand out. 😊
I don’t know how I missed this Another great video! I am so sorry to hear about your accident! We will get you to graduate to some medical micro needling in no time :)
I had been wondering about the scar on your lip. The other ones you can't see. I was curious but too British polite too ask. When u told the story of going through a windshield I was horrified. OMG, You pour darling. I have new respect for you. It needed to be a dramatic story. It wouldn't have had the same impact if you said you fell off a teeter totter as a child.
Hi Mary, I have just started using Banish and have been filming the journey for my channel. I am curious if you are still using it and if your daughter liked it. I have old acne scars that are not so much pitted, but caused terrible texture. I will document my journey before uploading photos, but wondering if someone else ultimately had results. The pictures on the web site are quite compelling. I have also been contacted by Qure, and their heads are single use and disposable?
I actually graduated to microneedling with a pen by Dr Pen. I they go deeper and I prefer the disposable heads. As for Qure, I prefer to use my own growth factors but sure, I'd be keen to hear more about it myself. Give it a try and do a video!
Mary. I follow Mira aguirre and she suggested copper peptides and epidermal growth factors post microneedling so that's what I do and I do have old acne scars. It helps. I love copper peptides but it's can't be mixed with vit c
I don't think the needles go deep enough cause trouble and had no issues with this vitamin c. If it went deeper, I'd suggest different products entirely.
@@SkinObsessedMary I thought the one should top was fantastic and looks great on you! In fact I wanted to know where you got it and it still did not distract me. Thanks for the review. I did do Dr Pen once at 0.5mf and OUCH! It took me a full week to recover and I was so swoolen for two days that I was glad I could hide under a face mask! I also crusted and peeled, scabs not flakes so Im scared to use it again but if I do I'' do 0.25 and see how it goes, then if thats ok then 0.3. Also on my Dr Pen its really hard to read the setting, I did my nose at what I thought was 0.25 then later realized it was 1.25! My nose was a mess and bleeding. So over all not a good experience!
@@nursemama4 aww thanks! The top is by Baukjen and can be found here: bit.ly/3saMgG0 I have it in black too! Oh wow thanks for giving me the head’s up on the Dr Pen. It’s likely a next purchase…

Good spot! I am American, but I've been living in Ireland for 18 years. Time flies...

How long does it take for redness to go away after each use?

I'll check her out thank you. Which copper peptides do you use?
Huge thanks Mary! Didn't realise you had done this 6 months ago! Super appreciate it. ❤
You’re welcome 😊
How long does your face look red after each use?
It's gone by morning for me though everyone is different.
Shouldn’t the vitamin C products be sterile then? I don’t think they are. 😮

I just got mine 2 weeks ago
Let me know what you think!
is it worth it?

Consider Pen Microneedling.
I've heard that a lot...looking into it!
10:13 4 times:)
🤣
FYI ~ The one shoulder top is distracting from your face.
Good to know - thanks 👍
I am not distracted 😊
