Here it is! This one took a while because I had to finish the whole game in one sitting (Thank you Windows Live) but I managed to do it finally :)

If time, resources, effort, and integrity was put into a remake of Operation Raccoon City, this set of changes/additions is one way I could see them approaching it:
1.) Have the graphics be up to date with current-gen consoles, plus have more gritty and photorealistic lighting.
2.) Somewhat structure the campaigns like those branching paths in “Shadow the Hedgehog”, where different objectives you choose can lead to alternate levels and more alternate endings.
3.) Incorporate more enemy types such as zombie rats, infected crows, Drain Deimos, Hunter Gammas, Ivies, Pale Heads, Evolved Lickers, and G-Adults.
4.) Candidates for additional bosses could include Gravediggers, the alligator, mutant plants, other forms of Nemesis/Birkin, and possibly bosses from the Outbreak games.
5.) The flamethrower could be modified into a more powerful single-use weapon like the grenade launcher and rocket launcher, while additional single-use weapons can include a minigun, spark-shot, and mine thrower.
6.) SMGs could be repurposed as a sidearm, while magnums are also a distinct class of sidearms.
7.) Not have main RE characters act too much like bullet sponges in gameplay.
8.) Modify and possibly regroup the abilities of certain classes, so they are more balanced and better fit within the world of Resident Evil.
9.) Give players the option to choose, which unlocked firearms and active abilities their A.I. partners will have equipped.
10.) Give the U.S.S. campaign at least one final boss creature, plus have the Spec Ops campaign be part of the base game, rather than post-launch and paywalled DLCs.

That's what makes it a good game
After playing the remake of RE2 & RE3, I really liked how this game tells you what was happening between them and why there were less problems for the main characters in the remake.

28:40 - I get it's a boss battle but someone taking about 100 bullets to the face and upper torso before getting away scot-free is objectively hilarious.

Finally I can play this game again when I was a kid I didn't pay attention to the story I just loved killing zombies I just forgot the name of the game thanks for playing this

what they have to do is take THEIR Rifles or automatic weapons and approach the window where it is located and start shooting at it and so they go in stage :D

This is if you take the Galactic federation from Metroid, and have them go and try and kill Samus and other monsters people reconize. That's what this feels like.

So at what point of the resident evil timeline does this take place?
During Resident Evil 2. But this game is only partially canon (The mission Hunk is on to retrieve the G virus DID happen during this time, killing Leon however, obviously never happened.)
