@@user-lu8hl3bg4x thank you - I was a bit worried as it was my first time partly filming in overcast drizzle, but not a lot I could do about it…it is England after all 😅
Lovely shots & nice editing Nicola. Mousehole looks lovely with all those narrow little lanes. When the dog came out of the water I thought it was a seal with legs for a minute. Lol
@@MartinPopeFilmmaker haha 😂 funnily enough, the clip was longer than that and when he was further out in the water, I even confused myself and thought, I don’t remember filming a seal 😂🤣😅
Hi nicola, we loved watching your latest video. We have been to mousehole many times over the years and went on the boat trip along the coast. Mousehole is such a lovely little community with a great pub and great walks. 🙂
@@SallyBarnes274 oh wow, which boat trip did you do? If the weather was better, we would have been tempted to do one…but decided to do it on a sunnier day as we want to go back to Cornwall next year.
@@NicolaExplores We went on the 2hr wildlife and coastal cruise on the cormorant boat trips in the summer time. I think this time of the year it would a bit cold to go on those boat trips if the weather is good. nicola xxxxxx
I really enjoyed this Nicola. You showcased both places so beautifully. I really like both places very much. Watching this makes me want to revisit them.
@@SouthWestSundays thanks Louise…it was my first time filming in the rain and overcast so I wasn’t sure how it would come out but was pleased in the end. Definitely want to go back when it is sunny and do a boat trip and have lunch in the area too.
Absolutely superb. Mousehole seems like my kind of place. I probably wouldn't have thought of putting this part of amazing Cornwall on my list. However, your lovely little video has everything. The waves, the boats, the peace, the pub. Love this video. Thank you so much. Need to escape the routine of where I am now and see how beautiful life is elsewhere. Thank you. X
@@50thunderer26 oh thank you - that is so great to hear. We stayed on a nice caravan site in St Just and used our car for daytrips. A lot of people stay nearby in Penzance, but Mousehole has some accommodation too so there’s plenty of choice. We are definitely going to try to see more of Cornwall next summer x
Great editing with a wonderfully relaxed but informative voiceover Nicola. Some brilliant footage here too. Filming in lightly cloudy conditions can actually make the colours appear more vivid. Top work! Take care, Paul
@@westcountrywanderings thanks Paul, that’s interesting about the colours. I always want to present a place in the best way possible, while being true to it. I’m not a huge fan of filming in drizzle though but when you’re not at home, you have to get on with it and film regardless 😂 Hope you have a good weekend Nicola
Enjoyed this one. The footage is so clear - lovely!
