Talon Sei are you planing on doing more videos on the Crosstrek in the future, o have one and it was kind of exciting that you that I follow for Sunday gun day also have one.
I literally can't believe we haven't met before - being that we are pretty much neighbours and I drive my electric skateboard up and down Miami Beach constantly!
Talon, the length of your videos is not the limiting factor of your videos. Its the content that you give through them that make the videos worth watching. And after just recently discovering your channel and being an avid viewer since, I'd say you are right on the money. Whether your videos are long or short, it's the so what that drives them.Just my two cents. Keep the content comin!
Some people bury themselves into their phone or tablet all day for entertainment. But Talon, he whizzes around town and down busy roads on motorized skateboards talking into a giant camera.
I worker for only 3 months and I bought a boosted stealth and it was the best decision I have ever made, I have owned 2 budget boards in the past and they all didn't last me more than a couple months and they all lack in quality and service. You just can't get a board as good as boosted, it really is the best option, you'll save more money in the long run with a boosted board and their service is so good that even if it breaks you can be refunded, even when your warenty expires boosted will always allow you to ship your board to then and they will work on it for free.
Great format and great review. Been looking up a lot of reviews of this Meepo Board online and yours definitely hit the top. ;) Still hesitating (cause of bad belgian weather and the opportunity to really ride this thing daily/weekly)
That is awesome! Thank you so much for your review. I appreciate it as this is new territory and no one but yourself is made themselves a expert/reliable source for information on them from an organised standpoint.
For some reason it always gives me that back to the future feeling when your testing these boards. Love these videos!!! Definitely would like more gun videos and they don't need to be new guns. Maybe just watching you run some drills and shooting advice as you grow as a shooter. Feels like everyone is always just throwing out the new guns and all nothing wrong with that. However it be nice to see some follow up on how your liking those deeper into ownership of the said guns. Just more videos lol Thank you for all the AWESOME content you put out!
If it gets to short how do you plan on getting the info to us? Keep it fun and fact filled and it won’t matter how long the videos are! Just keep doing it up man. You’re doing it right!
A note on the batteries and airlines: Batteries larger than 99 watt hours require airline approval. 100 watt hour+ batteries cannot be checked, they have to be carried on. Some airlines do not approve batteries larger than 99 watt hours. It would be good to check with the airline ahead of time before attempting to take them on a plane. I know Southwest approves them, but not sure about other airlines.
When my Meepo 1.5 was delivered, I was very surprised. The board rode well and seemed good for it's price. But after 1,5 months the problems started. The esc cover started to crack and one wheel (with a hub motor) started to make a terrible sound while driving. It also got worse and worse. I even stopped riding the board. Meepo said they would send me a new esc- cover but I have not yet received a confirmation of that. But then the real problem started. Meepo (Kieran) refused to send a new wheel (with a hub motor) because they say that it sounds normal after I sended them a few videos. They also stopped answering me on Facebook and via mail they responded in average once in 3 days. The sound is not normal because it only comes out of one wheel. So the result is that I have to buy a new one by myself, although I still have 1 month garanty of the 3. I'm very disappointed in the company. You can see some videos on my channel.
I wouldn't mind seeing a mashup of KoolWheel v2 vs Meepo v2. One of my gripes with the Meepo brand is that the battery is not swappable for people like me whom have longer distances in a rural area and hates waiting on the bus or asking for a ride. I'm new to your channel and very impressed with the review quality. No knit-picking which drives me crazy.
Best review on the Meepo yet! Excellent video, Thank you! Do one on the Jed Board if possible. Or even try 107's on your evolve and see what you think.
With electric skateboards having a considerable amount of weight on them, it only makes sense to incorporate a built in handle. The only reason I see the handle being an aesthetic issue, is because there is only one handle instead of two. If there were handles on both sides of the board, it wouldn't look that bad. Also, if you're a lefty, you'd be carrying the board backwards and would have to turn it around before you set it down.
LOL, I don't believe you really "hate to say" their are more boards coming. Again, great stuff. You might laugh, but it's good for the old guy to have a clue (be informed) when speaking with younger among us about gear of any kind. Thanks.
I have the meepo V2, I think it is a great board, it looks exactly the same as the board he reviewed in this vid. the remote is more similar to the Boosted board, and it does have 4 ride modes on it, I mainly keep my board in eco, that is plenty fast for me averaging at 18MPH. id say I get about an 11-mile range but it could be longer as I do ride down a lot of hills and the regen braking helps give the board a little extra juice. I think it gives boosted a good run for the price point. and i have run out of battery once and it is pretty easy to kick around, but clearly is way better with the help of the motor.
Please try the Riptide R1! It's cheap, and I'm really considering buying it as a travel board. Your review of the GTX convinced me into buying it, so I really trust your reviews... Thanks!
Thanks for doing this video. I want to get started in electric skateboards. I've only ever used a ripstick bcs in Ga there isn't enough hills so trying a skateboard always required to much pushing and not enough riding
If you are bringing one of the boards to Myrtle Beach this weekend I'll take you to a decent spot with a few hills to test that 30% grade spec out! (might have to bring 2 boards because I don't have one anymore haha)
Hi, I enjoyed watching the comparison video between the meatball and boosted board, I have been researching eboards for a few months now and decided to purchase the Halo carbon fiber board which I am thoroughly happy with. However anybody who comes to visit me grabs my board and then I am back on my old stick, so I'm looking to purchase another one. Maybe you could do a review on the Halo board or tell me what your thoughts are on it in order to decide if I will buy another one or go with a different one.
Can you please do a review on its battery, battery life, and upkeep and how much you would spend on the upkeep given a worst case scenario. Thanks. Great video.
*Ordered the Meepo 2.0 and they took the money over one and a half months ago and nothing has happened with no valid reply. I would be very careful with them.*
@Talon Sei Please review the Miles board! You can buy them now or on indigogo way cheaper but won't be delivered until after Xmas.... On their website they offer review units to influencer's! If they give you one too review I'd be most happy to take which ever one you like least, even pay for the shipping!
Have you tried the Meepo V2 w/ the Tesla Sanyo battery? $599. 29mph and 20 mile range with a much higher charging capacity. I'm 46. Love to long board but I'm done push'n....
No raptor on the way and the GTX is great. Had a controller issue early on but got it replaced and has been good since. I'll talk about it in a future update video
Would you say this board would be good for someone just trying to get around a college campus. I’m leaving for college soon and want an eboard to get around but I’m looking for cheaper options
This board is an AMAZING option it's exploded in the past year in sales and popularity and a 6 month free replacement warranty too and it's definetly a MUST for college if you have to walk a lot
I tried my best to keep it short. I'll try harder next time... I promise 🤙🏻
More Talon is good with me!
Talon Sei are you planing on doing more videos on the Crosstrek in the future, o have one and it was kind of exciting that you that I follow for Sunday gun day also have one.
Noted!
Keep up the great work bro. I love every aspect of your channel. This video was about perfect for me as far as length. 🤙
Id much rather watch a 20 min video then some half ass 5 min video

Same but in Downtown Miami yee
It’s tough to keep it short when you are giving info and an honest opinion and because you rock! Dopestvloginthegame
I love when I see an older vid advertise a 400'ish board, then go to their website and it's now 600'ish.
They discontinued the 1.5 over a year ago
You sure your just not in Canada?
I’m not board yet, keep the videos coming.
haha nice
Ouch
Yo
This joke was wheely bad.

Skated my whole life couldn't care less about how you carry your board
I thought it was more about damaging your trucks when mall grabbing..
Some people bury themselves into their phone or tablet all day for entertainment. But Talon, he whizzes around town and down busy roads on motorized skateboards talking into a giant camera.
its definately NOT easy either. lol.

killed it bro ! nice meeting you
Ayy nice meeting you too brotha 👊🏻
One wheel!
Also, the new camera gear was worth every penny, looks great man!
Trying man! I reached out to them but couldn't get one for demo/review. I'll see if I can borrow one from a friend.
The new picture quality is amazing! Definitely worth the extra cash. Keep it up man!
6 month reviews would be great! Out of the box is one thing, they all work well.
Great format and great review. Been looking up a lot of reviews of this Meepo Board online and yours definitely hit the top. ;) Still hesitating (cause of bad belgian weather and the opportunity to really ride this thing daily/weekly)
I like that board for the price point. Plus the new camera is sweet and super clear and crisp! Nice job
That is awesome! Thank you so much for your review. I appreciate it as this is new territory and no one but yourself is made themselves a expert/reliable source for information on them from an organised standpoint.

Oh damn, you always produced quality content, but we can see the difference with the new camera gear :o Good job Talon, keep going!!
Thanks Diogo!
This video has saved me what would have been years of research
"For a small package, it does feel pretty damn good. Oh man, I'm about to get wet."
The new camera kicks ass!!
Love your reviews dude. Mad cool sun. There are so many boards out their my head hurts now.
that cut when you jump on the board with the music!. very nice editing!
Thank you!
I just ordered the v3 with a 100mm wheel set. I can't wait to get it. Never even seen an electric board before. Good vid
If it gets to short how do you plan on getting the info to us? Keep it fun and fact filled and it won’t matter how long the videos are! Just keep doing it up man. You’re doing it right!
I love my meepo mini board 2. Would of got this one, but wanted a smaller one. I now know why people love it so much. Damn I am addicted.
Getting the new camera in Vegas was well worth the money👍 Great video. It was super clear
I think the Meepo V2 is gonna be the best budget board yet
Can you review the meepo v3 soon?

Dude that cam setup is bad ass! And the new cameras dope AF! And getting wet from boats... #thatbeachlifedoe love the content as always bro

sounds like someone doesn't know how to modify their own board...
Wow! I really like the new camera set up!

Excellent review Talon!
I’m not worried about the length of the vids. They’re always fantastic, do you!
Lovin' the new look of the vid! Good call on the new cam! 🍻
Great video by the way, I'm in Texas now but missing home a bit (Miami). Keep it up dude!
Talking about remote - "for a small package, it feels really good."
A wave comes - "oh man i'm about to get wet" ;)

I will be buying this next month. Looking forward to an update.

Your work is great dude, well done. Waiting for Meepo v.2.0 review and comparison with the wowgo 2s in order for me to decide which one to get.
LOL, I don't believe you really "hate to say" their are more boards coming. Again, great stuff. You might laugh, but it's good for the old guy to have a clue (be informed) when speaking with younger among us about gear of any kind. Thanks.
Off Topic: Love your minimalist apartment. That wall is begging for some art dude.
u can also use the handle as a hole to put ur bike lock through
Enjoyed your review of this board.
Cool. I have been in the market for an electric board, but boosted are just way out of my price range. Thanks for this. Keep it up. Subbed by the way.
please review the meepo 2.0
this is actually the V2 because the 1.5 is not coated in black paint...I think he just mis-titled the vid
Zach Shurtz no the v2 has a better esc, better remote, dfferent programming and 25 mile per hour top speed with an extra mode for faster acceleration.
I have the meepo V2, I think it is a great board, it looks exactly the same as the board he reviewed in this vid. the remote is more similar to the Boosted board, and it does have 4 ride modes on it, I mainly keep my board in eco, that is plenty fast for me averaging at 18MPH. id say I get about an 11-mile range but it could be longer as I do ride down a lot of hills and the regen braking helps give the board a little extra juice. yes pls
I love my v3
*Florida* fam!!! 🤙🏻
Nice review. Keep em coming. It wasn’t too long.
Yes... the moment I've been waiting for.
Nice work, answered all my questions. no bs. Thanks man.
Man I’m so late. Will have to check for updates cuz this looks super fun.
Great content! Very in-depth review
Please try the Riptide R1! It's cheap, and I'm really considering buying it as a travel board. Your review of the GTX convinced me into buying it, so I really trust your reviews... Thanks!
Good job, man ! Sharp review.

Another great and entertaining review. Thanks
New to your channel here, love what you do and thinking of getting one for myself. Keep up the good work man!
Welcome to the channel 👍🏻
Such an awesome video! Great job
Thanks for doing this video. I want to get started in electric skateboards. I've only ever used a ripstick bcs in Ga there isn't enough hills so trying a skateboard always required to much pushing and not enough riding

Should I get this 🤔

Always great vids. I'm a gun nut but your skateboard vids always tempts me to almost getting one. My 11yo son loves these vids too.
Have you had any more complaints with the board after April?
Lol he dosen't use the boards he uses them for a day and that's all
Excellent review! Thank you so much!
This guy really likes stuff... and things.
Bro you have a problem buying boards... I like it 👍🏼
Man I'd love one 😂 Just started walking again after my 02 jeep had enough.
Nice video man, I missed my home town South Beach...
That is extremely good for the price
Meepo has come a long way in 2 years. I got a Mini 2 ER with M4 remote. This thing is heavier than 2 fat babies and faster than a teen mom.
Great review. Thanks for the info!
Hey man, really nice, helpful vid! Thanks
Him: I feel like it's only 10 mph, that's slow for me
Me: ... How- 5 mph is already fast for me 😂
Diana я
Probably cause you're new... I wish my Boosted Mini X was faster... and that thing goes 20 mph...
The dope is Vlog in a game keep it up talon great content
Nice review! I think the handle would also work great as a place to put a bike lock through
I’d never leave my board unattended in public.
these reviews are great! subscribed
Welcome to the channel 👊🏻
Very good quality work bro, new sub for you.
Can you please do a review on its battery, battery life, and upkeep and how much you would spend on the upkeep given a worst case scenario. Thanks. Great video.

YoSoyÉpico Meepo es la tabla mas avanzada por menos de $500 y mas ahora que lanzaron la version 2.0!
“All black everything and I’m all about that life”
the best e-board reviewer out there. Is a Raptor 2 on the way by any chance? :o and the GTX is still running smoothly, no problems?
No raptor on the way and the GTX is great. Had a controller issue early on but got it replaced and has been good since. I'll talk about it in a future update video
Nice angle and lighting
Would like to see a comparison of the Meepo 1.5 in this video to the Ownboard W1A Pro. Great review 👍🏻
I would keep a fire extinguisher close. Just incase. I would think fires would be alot more probable while charging.
Would you say this board would be good for someone just trying to get around a college campus. I’m leaving for college soon and want an eboard to get around but I’m looking for cheaper options

Meepo v3PLEASE
GREAT videos!! Thanks so much for the info!!
Niceone thanks. Looking to get into the e skateboarding scene here in the UK. Keep up the good reviews mate. Subscibed 👍
Just a thought, maybe you can use the handle hole to also lock it up like a bike.
