Beautiful artwork! But just for watching not for learning! I wasn't able to follow your steps, the brushes you use matters but you didn't show or explain it, like its opacity, flow and ... And of course which brushes did you use?
Download brushes by: fenris_brush_pack. There you can look for similar ones to the one I have. The brushes have Chinese names. It will be difficult for me to explain them to you, since I don't know Chinese.
