Climbing between the 3167m Refuge de Tete Rousse and the 3835 metre Refuge du Gouter, over and above the Grand Couloir on the ascent to the 4810m Mont Blanc
It's a scramble up with a steep mountainside, with some sections where you'll use your hands to pull up the rocks, and there are cables near the top. I think we took about two and a half to three hours.
No, not too difficult. Snow on the Grand Couloir so no problem with rocks coming down, and then just climbing through the rocks to the old refuge. If I remember, we took the morning. Cables to attach to on the top section.
