SSSniperwolf has put out another response in regards to her doxxing Jacksfilms. In the response SSSniperwolf says she is taking a "step back" from UA-cam and ultimately plays the victim. SSSniperwolfs actions were no mistake, we discuss all of this in todays video

I really hope that jacksfilms gets a good lawyer and take YT and Sniper wolf to court.
realistically, what is he gonna sue youtube for? Other lawyers have also chimed in and while what Sniperwolf did is just morally and ethically wrong, odds are she wouldnt be found guilty under the law for that state even given its law about doxxing.
You also have to consider the absolute behemoth youtube is and what taking them to court actually means. He would probably throw BOATLOADS of money at a case hes likely to lose. While i'm not always a fan of the court of public opinion, that was/is his best recourse.

Honestly, I think it's important four people to keep up the pressure on UA-cam to ban her channel. It's in their own guidelines that they should immediately be banned if they do what she did.
imagine if other creator did same thing as here and used same excuse as her, then them saying well i only acted like sniperwolf since she knows right and yt protect her, so therefore if i act like her i get same treatment from yt.

Honestly though jokes aside while i do think this is an issue that NEEDS to be pushed towards being addressed/handled. It's also getting annoying seeing people hop on the waggon to get views. It's a serious situation that could have repercussions and there are less and less people covering it that actually seem to care about what it could mean, and more and more people posting videos who clearly don't care at all and are just poking jokes to get views and it just feels like garbage to see.

Her saying that "videos have been extremely difficult to film the past few months" is the biggest load of crap I've ever heard since she's just a reaction channel who puts in zero effort.

Honestly, if she had written it better, a genuine apology could have saved her from all of this backlash. Like, imagine if she had actually posted it in video form on her channel and addressed Jacksfilms by name and said that it was a really stupid thing to do and that she was sorry. No strings attached nor excuses nor shifting blame. Just a direct statement saying that she messed up and she wants to try to make things right.

The best part is, I'm pretty sure the reason her videos are "harder to film" now is because people are actually filing copyright strikes and getting their stolen content removed. Jack has legitimately been making a difference through his streams, she apparently even deleted an entire video just because enough people were filing claims against it.
I personally don’t care about whatever “struggles” she’s going through. Being held accountable for your actions isn’t a struggle, it’s justice.

She accepted what she did was wrong when YT only demonetised one of her accounts. Then suddenly she feels everybody is against her when her ability to make money (on YT, I'm sure someone with that many followers makes money elsewhere too) is temporarily stopped.

The reason she is able to keep playing the victim is because UA-cam isn’t actually punishing her. In their official statement they blame the situation on both parties, gave her a minimal period for demonetization and then when it was found she was uploading to another channel they gaslight the rest of the world into thinking they had promptly dealt with that issue as well. The whole thing is a joke now.
I’ve seen so many smaller channels get permanently banned for doing far less than SSSniperWolf did.
Either give everybody their accounts back who did less or give SSSniperWolf the same punishment.
Until youtube gives two strikes to all of her channels she isn't punished enough.

Part of me feels like this is just for her to get a vacation of some sort and she will be back sooner or later. Think about it; SSSniperWolf's demonetization of her channels would buy her time to stay away. When the channels are back up, I have a feeling she will return to the content she always posted and possibly re-upload her videos on her main channel to the second channel.

I personally think she needs a ban or a termination, most likely a termination is the best option. She doxxed someone, avoided punishment, made herself the victim, and got others to dox people.
This recent response proves that she doesn’t feel guilt or remorse and instead tried gaslighting Jack for slight criticism, she did indeed respond to this criticism but in the worst way possible, by going to his house and basically threatening the safety of him and his wife.

Something of note that I saw someone mentioning. There's currently a lawsuit between sniperwolf and sausage over the youtube channel, so there's a chance they aren't nuking it because of that lawsuit that currently ongoing.

CLARIFICATION: UA-cam shows ads even if your monetization is suspensed, the only difference there is that the creator doesn't get paid.

She supposedly has a networth of 16 million usd, so she's not struggling like some other creators. The "extremely difficult" part is probably from JacksFilms and others pressuring her to stop stealing, and telling the people she stole from how to report it... because that forced her editors to remove and replace parts of already upload videos, since she refused to do better.

Thanks so much for this update, I honestly was looking around going "so how's that dumpster fire going?" as I honestly had zero clue about this person before hand and the only reason I guess I've become invested in seeing how this goes through is honestly what it's setting up for the rest of the content creators moving forward. This whole ordeal is setting a example to people of what you can and can't get away with and the rules and ToS are there for a reason to protect content creators and honestly if this doesn't somehow looping into a bigger punishment besides a slap it'll be disappointing. I mean hell, someone pointed out that in California it's actually illegal to do what she did... so where's that punishment? I agree with those saying that we should not let this go. UA-cam clearly would have taken action much faster if it was another creator, but they definitely showed their true colors with the way they “handled” sniperwolfs actions. I have no doubts that Lia will post again from her “break” once her channel is monetized again. I hate the fact she played the mental health card since there are those who really need a break and struggle with mental health keeping up with UA-cam. But her actions after doxxing Jack showed she and even UA-cam did not give a care. It’s all about money to them.
I don't get people of whom their only goal is to get more money; she has tens of millions of dollars, yet she still wanted that minor ad revenue from her second channel; if you just do something you love, you'll be far happier; and if you are lucky, doing what you'll love will also provide a comfortable income.

@@oompaCookie Yes she did. I also sued her in 2016, but it was dismissed in 2017 because she lived in a different state essentially. Jurisdictional legalise nonsense. You wouldn't believe what I had to endure because of her. I'll be telling my "full-ish" story soon.
