In terms of making a style, there are a range of ways to do it. One idea I really liked is to do some animal drawings and take those facial structures into your human drawings, like how Disney model a lot of their faces off cats’ facial structure to make them cute (Frozen/Tangled characters are particularly excellent examples of this).
