Coeur d’Alene Police Chief Lee White said all 31 people are being charged with conspiracy to riot, which is a misdemeanor charge in Idaho. Police believe they were headed to riot at the Pride Festival.

No, clubs, chains, pepper spray, knives, hand guns-all of these were found among rioters in Kenosha and this came out during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Obviously these men were planning a peaceful protest and came prepared with defensive measures knowing full well what the "counter protestors" would come with. The most violent riots happened where the police were told to stand down (Portland) or the mayor just didn't care (Seattle).
