In this colorway this is one of my most favorite Asics, great choice you made 💪 I think the materials are very good for what they are, they are not supposed to be leather since it's a running shoe but materials picked are of very high quality. And I think they're pretty comfortable considering how old they are. Much more than an AM1
Yo 🙏🙏 these are fire haha. I am glad I picked them up. I am afraid of destroying these after a few wears tho lol. Materials seem quite fragile and delicate. May have to double up or pick up the other OG CW that dropped with these. Appreciate you for watching 🙏🙏

I know it's such an overused word, but "retro" is the perfect word to describe these shoes. I love the classic design and the neon orange accent.

I was surprised to see but the pink 3s are still available in some sizes via shoebacca.com. Really good price too. I cannot recall what year they came out but I bought them years ago lol

Gel lyte 3s are bomb i have a few pairs always loved em i went up half a size. These are the ogs and thats perfectly fine theres alot of deals for asics and then some very expensive ones but always managed to score some greats. Dope insight and pick up there pal 🤜💥🤛🙌🙌
I am so with you lol. I like the OG Ichibans a lot but my personal preference goes to Gel Lyte 3s. Hard to point out exactly what it is tho (and it's Def not the split tongue lol). Appreciate you Fam 🙏🙏

@@TheHungryBlackPanda pretty snug. These fit slightly tighter than Air max 1. I would say half size up from normal Nikes.
I never tried to rock on Asics shoes but it looks so comfy!! I am looking for tennis shoes recently, do you have any recommend?
I dont play tennis myself 😂 but I am a huge fan of Air Tech Challenge 2. Probably not a good performance shoe tho anymore.

i think the asics i tried were the gel kayano from 2005 or 2006. but for whatever reason i returned them. maybe the size was wrong so i didnt like them? but i picked up a pair of air max 360s and that was that. the brand seems to be doing well for themselves and it might be time to try them again
There is definitely a big mania level following on some of their models. I am not one of them but I can definitely see myself getting into gel Lyte 1s 3s and 5s. Kayanos look very interesting too. I will likely pick up some in the near future to see if I like them

Haha yeah exactly how I feel as well. Ichibans are more historically significant but I prefer the Gel Lyte 3 silhouette (and I believe gel Lyte 3s are more popular too among Asics aficionados)
