    Other developers should be taking notes from this team. I, and others, have been working with the mask team in the background as well with feed back. Squashing bugs, and creating even more wonderful ideas. This is my new top game in my list. Thanks for the interview, boss. It was pretty good. 🎭
    edit: I would really like to see a caravan system for transporting goods from base to base.

      @@sgermon not sure there is 100% configuration inside the game but it working 90% for sure. He has been playing with us for a month plus on all content with a controller

    Sailing ships and underwater content ?
    More dungeons, which wouldn't be about mechanical stuff.
    A magic system would be nice along with magical creatures and bosses.
    A mod to stay with the starting character from start to finish (with powers and stats to chose)
    Progression is still very complicated and tiring, there are too many components to craft before reaching the end result, simplifying it would be beneficial.
    An option to remove durability of items.

    I'm missing 7 things in the game right now. (official server solo gameplay)
    1. The building height is too low. I just can't build an epic castle. I would be happy if you could build at least 10 walls higher.
    2. Then there's the problem with the level 40+ grind and building on the base hardly gives you any XP for the progress you make by building. You're forced to fight to level up faster, and that's where the third problem comes in.
    3. The armor breaks too quickly on the official server. You go out and play a round against level 40-50 opponents and after a few kills the armor is broken! That's no fun! The armor and weapons should last longer and recipes that increase durability should be earlier and better!
    4. Then there's the problem with the tribesmen and against bosses, they just die too quickly. The bosses should focus on the player more quickly after a tribesman has been KOed. So that you have a chance of saving him. They carry out their animations until they are finished and you have no chance of saving a tribesman! They don't fight, they heal themselves the whole time. That can't be what's intended, can it? I had 4 tribesmen fight the gorilla at the same time. They all died. I died too, very close to the end. With full iron armor. (Broken armor after one fight!) You need the gorilla so you can revive your tribesmen, and that's a problem! I've already lost 6 because of it. That really isn't well balanced! After 3 attempts I gave up and devoted myself to building. When I then saw that I couldn't build my epic castle and that I hardly got any experience for building, the disappointment was even bigger.
    5. Building underwater at night. You can't see anything in the water if it's 5pm+. You have to wait all night until it gets light so you can easily see the outlines.
    6. Firstperson camera. When building, it happens so often that I see my character and can't place things precisely because of it. We need a better way to see more when building.
    7. The UI keeps showing the help texts. I don't want to constantly hide the 3 elements once I've done it. It should stay that way until the player decides whether he wants to see them. Every time I start my game, I have to hide everything again. That's annoying! ^^
    That's all. I hope you see it that way too! I would be happy to see these improvements in the game! Keep up the good work! Great interview!

    I like what I have here, but there is something that I have a couple of questions about. Namely regarding the DLC. It was said that there will be a new map, new masks, game mechanics and maybe a new game system. And the question would be: - the new masks can somehow be obtained on the first map as well.

    - we also see something from the new game mechanics elements on the first map, but the same applies to the possible new game system.
    - but it is also a very important question that if there is something new for free, such as an event. Either a new Boss, Dungeon, they will be present on both maps or only on the first non-DLC map. Because then it will be a bit like in Conan Exiles, where the Exilland map gets everything new, but the Eil of Siptah map doesn’t.
    - And, of course, let’s not forget the Bugs either, since two maps means twice as much work for the developers.
    Of course, I give them the confidence that we will get an answer to these questions and concerns and that it will be positive. But it’s still exciting to do them.

    I would like some open world events, encounters with good rewards and some more enemy ai improvements so the world will feel more alive.

    I would like to see a couple of things. One is adding the uncrafting table to the new sorting system list so that I can have my caretaker or whomever to jus sort it. The other is the tribe patrols. I play on a private server and the guys and I have our own bases at different resources but setting up patrol routes has become a headache. Scrolling through the list of routes and tribesmen is a long process; they’re not in alphabetical order so I cannot just go to their name and put them on the patrol. The main thing is having to scroll through all the other bases patrol routes in order to find all of the ones that are near my bonfire. A drop down or a sectional piece for each bonfire (where the patrol sticks are up) would be ideal. I’m looking forward to the updates and have thoroughly enjoyed the game since starting!

    thanks for this, glad to hear they are having a lot of ideas to make this game even better. 1 thing I hope they can change is for the building. it is so clunky to put decorations, lights etc down because most of the time your character is in the way.

    As for suggestions, I have a quick QOL fix that should be easy and would save a bunch of petty annoyance. After you pull the last bit of information from a scout make the scout camp marker turn yellow in the same way that the ancient tablets do when you read them.
    After that, I'd like to see the math and know exactly how the bonuses and debuffs interact with each other. This game is a massive numbers game. Getting the 'right' gear, proficiencies and talents lined up make an extraordinary difference in how difficult (sometimes nearly impossible) or easy some of the content is. I'd really like a roadmap to help me decide how I want to stack those numbers. At least have the confidence to know that what I'm stacking makes sense for my style of gameplay and the target that I'm going after.

    I would love to see a way to know what dungeons and holy ruins to go for. Like, holy ruins 1, 2, 3 etc. Dungeon 1, 2, 3 so that its easy to know in what order its recomended to go for them

    For me Soul Mask was fun up to the point when i entered a dungeon and found out it has sci fi in it. Unfortunately the robots killed my interest in the game completely. It would bd great if Soul Mask had a no sci-fi setting like Jagged Alliance 2 had.

    I'm not sure if releasing DLC and new map is a good thing while the game is in early access. Is it going to stretch their dev team thin trying to maintain and develope so many things simultaneously.

    Your main person, should be able to have 120 efficiency in weapons and armor crafting. And the dmg efficiency. I dont like using tribesmen to go out and fight. Id rather keep them doing mudane task like crafting and gathering.
