For ONCE I'm actually wanting to play a troll hack, never done one before tmk, but i'm willing
Real talk. I would never have discovered twitch nor the Mario community if not for Carl. But more importantly the Metroid zero mission community and Metroid community as a whole who have literally saved my life countless times by being friends and being there when I was at my lowest and thinking of doing an “any% bad ending” run of “outside”.
Oddly, one day in particular, making tasteless speed running jokes about suicide with some M:ZM runners lightened my mood and made me reconsider my, at that time, thoughts of suicide.
But generally the Mario community and Metroid community are kinda why I’m still here after 2014. The streamers, people in chat, and runners have, at the least, saved my life.
I thought to say this cause 1 I appreciate all of you, and that line in the credits “you all have brought folks so many laughs when they are needed most!!!” kinda prompted me to say this. Thank you all.
