I've been working along to your videos since last year and I've seen lots of improvements. Thank you for everything and showing that, even if limited in a wheelchair, there are still a lot of things we can do to stay in shape. You truely are an inspiration and once again thank you for everything!
I love her routines and I like her too. that being said, Idon't understand why she gets my heart rate way up anhd then she breaks whwen my heart rate is at it's peak. I thought you start with a warm up and build yourself up to your peak and then slowly bring your heart beat down until it's normal. When I finished this routine, my heart beat was still at it's peak? I don't think that is good for my heart. Less talk and MORE working out.
