I directed this video back in 1998 in the adelaide Botanical gardens. It was a great shoot - the band were very cool people. Super 16 with multiple passes in telecine that I layered together in Avid. I still have it on my showreel. Tony McGrath
This arrangement is just so beautiful, real music, thoughtful and elegantly composed by the band, not some no-name songwriter pumping out generic crap for the latest batch of songbirds or boy bands. I lament the death of the creative talent of the songwriter, RIP.
What a gorgeous video, and they make such incredible music. I've only recently discovered 'The SuperJesus.' I was born in 1995, so I was too young to really 'get' their music. I wish there was more music like this now.
How I miss the late 90's.... Living in Brisbane and enjoyed the Livid festival and such a sexy time in festival history... Urgh and Dylan was there every Saturday morn on Recovery. Sigh, a moment lost in time that I was glad to experience.
This is so Adelaide. One of the best bands to come out of here. Botanical Gardens with focus on the Wisteria tunnel. Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. Thanks for the classic tune, Sarah McLeod. And thanks to Tony McGrath for a great video clip doing Adelaide justice.

Great Vid...... 2013 and its the first time I have seen it and its a song I listen to requlary even 13 years later, I'd love to now who arranged and produced the song, cheers.
I've never seen this vid.... I saw them live so many times. Now I really see why Sarah hated them telling her what to wear etc. She's proper rock n roll not just a 90's rocker
Just standard lenses. The effect was having multiple layers of graded video in Avid with moving blended edges revealing the layers below which are all slightly out of sync.
