MEATLOAF MEATBALLS RECIPE
Mix 1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread crumbs
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1/2 diced onion
3 TBSP ketchup
2 TBSP oregano
dash of salt and pepper
Garnish with ketchup and parsley
Bake 400 F 25 - 30 minutes
Drain grease -Enjoy!

So glad to see someone so relatable! Im still in my early 30s and my youngest is 12, but i watch my 2 year old niece and 5 year old nephew 5 days a week. So i stay busy along with my 4 kids! Its nice to see someone who has real messes and normal content!

Girl I just recently got rid of my cycling bike cause I just couldn't do it with the seat it literally made my whole bottom feel numb and it never got better after easy time i was on it. I would do 30-40 mins but i definitely felt the numbness everytime I would get off it. So instead I got my self a manual treadmill its also know to help burn more calories for weight loss then an regular treadmill but I haven't had a chance to start using it yet
Love meatloaf, going to put it on my meal plan later this week!! It’s kind of dark and dreary here today too, but supposed to get sunny and warmer towards the weekend, yay!! That’s right, no grease down the drain, your pipes will thank you!! Enjoy your day!! ☀️☀️☀️

Saw myself 🥰 I need to try the alani pre workout. I love the energy drinks. I have that same workout set in blue. That green is a pretty color also! And the bike looks awesome! I soooo wish I had the room for something like that. Like you, it’s hard for me to get out of the house to walk or do any exercise activities. I have my work out mat here at home and that’s it lol
It's too extra to move the coffee table to work out so I'm never motivated to exercise. The bike has helped me so much! Yes, I timed myself with watching your video. Lol.

Hi Marie. I have always been told never to drain grease. Especially not with hot water because the hot water makes the grease expand and clog your sink. I love when you post two videos a week, it always gives me something to look forward to. Have a great day.

Hey Marie, Happy Thursday. When I’m a mom I know that natural disasters will keep me worried about my kids and wanting to pick up my house so I can easily get them out as well. I love how you store your laundry it sounds like you got a great routine going on with laundry along with a great cleaning routine as well. I love seeing you and a few other UA-camrs store their fruit in jars now so it will last longer and won’t go to waste as fast. ❤

A tip for the sauce on top of the meatballs is use ketchup, brown sugar, dash of liquid smoke and garlic & onion powder…. So delicious! 😋
I forgot about adding brown sugar to the meatloaf. Definitely makes it better!
My grandmother used to clear a path from the bedroom door to the beds. One time I finally asked her why and she said if there’s a fire, we don’t need to be tripping on anything.

Hey Marie! Thanks once again for the motivation! I worked a 16 hour shift yesterday. I'm ba CNA. And I did not want to get up, but watching you helped me. I've been exercising since December, one month I skipped! I get up and do Tae Bo at 5:30. It's a hard work out, but it gets you back into shape! ♥️ That meal looked so good!
Jackson eating, adorable! Love your new bike! My to do list used to be so long that it would get overwhelmed. Now, I limit the number of items on it to five. You always make the most delicious dinners. The mashed potatoes look so good! I like to add sour cream and chives cream cheese to my mashed potatoes.
I'm not a sour cream fan, lol! The milk makes them creamy.

That hot water running in the sink asr you pour wound up stopping up my sink so I don't do that anymore. I have that same exercise bike.

I’m glad you said something about the grease down the drain! My husband is a plumber and he says grease down the drain is a big no no, what you did was perfect! 😊
My mom and pretty much everyone I know drains grease with dawn soap and hot water, but I've been draining with the foil in a bowl to be on the safe side. 🙃

I pour my grease into an empty jar or bottle. Grease in the drain most certainly can turn into a disaster been there done that 😂 try to avoid at all costs or else the kitchen ends up in disaster trying to unclog.
Marie take it from me , change the seat! You can buy really nice ones and your husband can change it. I had the experience thinking I would get use to it there was no way.

I don't do a whole house deep clean in a day usually, but I deep clean each room as needed on different days. I make sure the whole house is cleaned every week, but no specific days.
