Loving all the bright colors!!! Have to tell you my weird trick on this one. You can't fit scaffolding in the back, so I built random floating stairs to do the outside panels! :D

The Exterior: Maple trim boards, Oak railing with Maple spindles. Porch ceiling should be max width boards to look like Soffit. Maple on the interior posts & beams. Front door is inside/out I built & renovated a lot of houses in the past.

It could be me, but the walled area under the stairs looks to be a closed off vacant void area that could act as extra space. And the bathroom downstairs need not be as large as before for a half bath.
