Pile 3. Wow, this was so spot on. Childhood trauma/abuse by someone who was supposed to be a father figure. I definitely daydream a lot because I feel safer there. You're telling my story. My Dad would tell people I was failing in elementary school. Always stealing the show. I had excellent grades. My Mom didn't praise me. Only pressured.
😢I feel you. My mom always and always puts me down since childhood. And my dad didn’t bat an eye even if I got outstanding grades. They just pestered me and suffocated me to be above everyone else but never appreciated me.

I'm so sorry for that. My mother always chatted about my life and business with everyone (still do, I'm just 20), she laughs at me and always imposes her beliefs on me. And it makes me feel very bad. My dad is a bit emotionally detached, which I'm really grateful for because he isn't dramatic considering me. Plus he is very understanding too, he is like the calm in the middle of the storm that's my mother. He has his own set of good and bad qualities, but atleast he knows he's a father and always acts like one with his children. My mother is just, not even a mother to me. I feel you, you are very strong to go through everything! ❤
Pile 1...oof...my mother was extremely neglectful - showed my brothers unconditional love & was extremely jealous and intimidated by me. This left me confused - leaving parts of myself behind to adapt and fit in(which I never did). In my 50s now & still healing re self worth - brutal & beautiful process. I picked pile 3 and you’re spot on with the reading. That petty narcissist is my mother. I feel like she took a lot away from me and is still trying to. I have been trying everything in my power to get over this trauma but I still live with her so it’s hard to fully recover. Sometimes I wonder what I would be if she was never a part of my life.

Pile #1: It resonated so deeply. You were spot on, as always. I dealt with physical, mental, and emotional abuse from my mother and grandma while growing up. Looking back now, they were both very wounded, and they took it out on me. I'm 38 years old, and I'm only just now ready to face this and begin to heal. It's really affected my ability to make money or have a decent career, and it's affected friendships too (just like you mentioned). I shrink myself down and don't speak up often, because I've grown to assume that no one wants to hear me. I will take your advice on how to heal with doing inner child work, balancing chakras, and practicing affirmations to heal and bring some self-confidence and self-love to my life.

I lost my Mom tragically when I was 28. I've never stopped missing her but learned that I'm not alone in trauma. Pile 3 resonated a little TOO much!! My mother and younger brother were very narcissistic and impeded on my sense of personal will. I was also a military brat, so the moving was a bit much for me.
But besides my stepfather being a marine, my mother would make decisions and not care how they negatively impacted the rest of us. I would use writing, art, and music as a means of escape.
I’ve been on a healing journey for the past few years and now Spirit is guiding me to heal my root chakra and go deeper with healing my solar plexus. I’ve healed my surface level confidence but now I’m healing my confidence in creating stability and financial abundance by using my gifts and talents.
My mother was VERY verbally abusive and emotionally neglectful. Words of affirmations is my top love language because she loved to criticize and complain! But I’ve come far and know that soon I’ll get past this next level of healing.

Firstly, I want to thank you so much for making this 2nd page. As I am going through my own Spiritual Journey after having my Spiritual Awakening, this gives me a lot of inspiration and insight through your readings as well as reading the comments from others. Pile three here oh my God so accurate.
Well The third pile resonated this kind of trauma entrapment energy i'm sabotaging myself for a long long time and this created a anger patterns inside of my mind and how to deal with my environment it leads sometimes to rage and i feel bad about this whole situation i thought i healed this traumatic bagage but then i give up sometimes to my bad version and i create new traumatic events and so on it's so painful to deal with this never ending cycles!!
Pile 3 was spot on. Abuse, neglect, and emotionally unavailable family. Have done alot of shadow work already. I do fantasize alot and stay in the planning stage. The suggestion of an exercise to work through it is interesting as I have just started making myself pick up my hula hoop everyday as a goal to learn more moves. I have done it everyday for a couple weeks now I think. Even if it's just a min some days just to work on learning to hold myself accountable so that I can work on some of these bigger goals. Yes sometimes I do just feel like giving up and have in the past but these days I always get back up. Think I'm just going to have to work on my bigger goals in silence for awhile so I don't have to deal with judgements of anyone else until I feel rooted in them.

Childhood trauma is suck. It affect me to think what is love causing issue in my career, love situation.
Wow, this reading 🤩 my father was aggressive, more mentally than physically. My parents are divorced. My whole family is divorced at least once. I moved 8 times during my childhood and 7 times with my partner (now my husband) and even now I don't feel like I'm at home. I changed three elementary schools and two secondary schools. As a child, I was never heard at home and was never good enough, which carried over into adulthood. In the last year I have become aware of things and I am working on myself. Kinda late on finding this video but pile three was hitting me hard cuz i grew up in a very bad environment with my parents... Our relationship wasn't the best with all the alcohol n domestic violence in our home ...n sumhow the embarrassment and the restraintment in the relationship affected my social life and i started using day dreaming or dreaming in general as an escape to feeling any sort of negative energy.I was afraid to do anything alone evn tho i hve big dreams to achieve the fear n the what ifs has me stucked right now..n it's really not the best situation rn but ik I'll get through it i hope

My trauma started the day I was born, put up for adoption, had a double hernia, while I spent the first 2mo of my life in a orphanage, wasn't held much and made no connections right away. Was physically, mentally and sexually abused by my father. Mom had 2 cancer surgeries by the time I was 8, she had a radical mastectomy so her self image was shot. No one was able to talk about anything cause didn't want dad angry. That's just the start of my trauma and I am 54 and am getting out of a narcissistic relationship and starting the work to heal.
