He was a 'BDO World Champion' as were a lot of PDC players so stop trying to change history by referring to it differently. It makes no difference if the BDO exists or not but what they won was the 'BDO World Darts Championship' and a lot of players and fans have great memories of the events. Didn't the great cockney philosopher Eric Bristow once say "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."? If not I bet Sid Waddell did at some point ;)

I guess you didn't pay much attention to the matches. There were 9 dart legs, 100+ averages, and in one match Baggish took out 136, 136, 116, and 145 to win the match.

Q school was so awesome to watch on Online Darts, and following Matthew Edgar. I wish some of the games were streamed on pdc.tv! It was great fun.
