My fit bit versa lite, stopped working when a new update came out and crippled it. I was told to sync on a laptop, but i cant. i have not had my fit bit working at all, this last replacement. in fact i have never had three months out of my fit bit watch and a i really like the product.
I cant see hear rate enable options in my fitbit app for ionic watch... I can only see heart rate zone in settings but cant find option related to auto or on something like that... my ionic stopped working .. appreciate your help

I have done all of this still won't pair.I got it off of eBay I bought the versa .The seller refurbished the watch no way too sync up .I got a message saying your Warranty is out of date, or has been reported lost or stolen .A word of caution do not buy Fitbit versa from eBay .They are junk and you will never get them too pair with your phone .It's a good thing I got my money back .
None of this happened I’ve been trying to set up my versa lite up with WiFi and nothing will work and if I try it with Bluetooth it takes 3 hours then cancels
Fit bit sucks. Hope it goes obsolete in a few years. I have a Samsung watch got a fitbit for my mom. Took overnight for it to update and still not working
