They should have started eliminating at Week 3 to give both groups time to meet up together. Maybe different people would have been eliminated. Meeting so many people and trying to getting to know them takes time (even though some show early on why they should be eliminated 😂😂).
They are listening so watch next season they’ll be doing it this way.

These eliminations are TOO EARLY‼️ Glad Vanessa stayed because she seems so nice. These ladies are lovely and these dudes are not it. Even though Chaz seems nice, I’ve been fooled by first episode impressions before (à la Maurier from last season lol 😂). Will and Alonzo are disturbing. Alonzo said in his confessional about the Patrice, that she had “light skin and tattoos the way he likes”…. Uhmmmm. No. Eww. I foresee these men are going to be GREATLY disappointing. Ugh. And I don’t believe Jonathan. Next week’s preview looks spicy. This season will definitely be a mess!

Also, the way Jonathan spoke about Patricia, is the same confusing circular talk nonsense that other men on other seasons did to ladies like Eunique, Precious, Dakiya and Trannika. Especially Trannika! When these men are trying to reject women they make up some nonsense to make it the woman’s fault! Trannika got upset on her season when the men just straight up LIED and said she wasn’t “opening up” on her elimidate. Like what? She was one of the friendliest ladies there! She called out the BS on the date and was visibly upset and I think she spoke about it at the reunion too, not sure. And I feel like no one, especially Tommy, actually addressed how harmful and deceitful it is for these dudes to just make up characteristics/traits about a woman just to justify sending her home. Just say the connection isn’t there and move on. Don’t lie.
Which is what we’ve just seen again with Patricia. She opened up, was vulnerable about her disappointments in past relationships when speaking with Jonathan, and then he goes to the confessional to say, “her guard was up”…. Sir….. 🙄🙄🫤😒
It’s just frustrating how easy it is for these dudes to lie, to remove responsibility from themselves. Reminiscent of Cameron from Ready to Move. Even at that reunion he said nothing of substance.

I wonder how production decided who would be in which mixer. 🤔 It's important because the ladies in the first mixer were automatically safe, as were the men in the second one.
I’m pretty sure they put Lamar in the second group purposely because the men had the power to eliminate. They knew the women would get rid of him if he was in the first mixer. He’s there purely for drama.
I think they didn't get enough ppl the 1st go around. I bet there were days/week(s) between the 1st & 2nd groups.

You see none of the men picked Patricia the dark-skin girl. Regardless of what she said he would have found fault with it. I’m tired of colorist RTL. She was the only dark skin girl there, she was beautiful and nobody picked her. It’s not a coincidence.
I didn't get that. Patricia is very good looking and has a beautiful figure. I think she wasn't feeling those men and they picked up on it. She came across as frustrated with the dating scene and a bit jaded.
Yea as a dark skinned women she was beautiful but I didnt get colorism. Meika is dark skinned and the men were gushing over her in the first mixer. Patrica also said she was a very tall woman. She was with heels probably over 6 ft. Her wig was also a no

These are facts. She was the only dark-skin girl in the bunch, none of the men picked her, one of the men even mentioned the lady’s light skin. Count how many dark-skin men there are on this show compared to dark-skin women. Its colorism - periodt dot.
Nah…she was the least personable there. Layleen was about her same complexion and she was in the top 2

The 1st elimination should have taken place after EVERYONE had a chance to meet, what if a someone from the first mixer would’ve been a great pair with someone from the 2nd but they never had a chance to meet. One mixer isn’t enough to know if someone should be sent home some people aren’t good with first impressions.
I personally give guys a second date even if the first don’t go well bc some ppl are shy/nervous and it isn’t the best reflection of their character (I’m obviously not talking about ppl who are complete trash )

Hi Measha I was waiting in your review. I thought the second half of the cast looked better. Is it just me. Otherwise , I don’t care for the DJ/Coach. His initial conversation with the ladies had me giving the tv the side eye 😒

It's obvious that with each passing season the QUALITY of men via their character is PROFOUNDLY LACKING...🥴🥴.

Btw that’s 1 of my all time fave episodes but I agree will and Martin characters were trash boyfriends. The men on this season all seem so undeveloped character wise. The women seem like they all need a good 6 months of alone time. The women are gorgeous, intelligent, and seem established. Chaz is the only potentially normal guy of the bunch. I thought Jonathan was adorable at first, but by the end he was giving Jason from Houston 2.0. Lamar reminds of that weird pervy guy, Febreze, from Miami.

The men were all so reflective of the current dating pool and unpopular opinion-the women are too. Hear me out: the men are the bare minimum but capitalizing on the fact that they are what’s left outchea. The women are the same in the real dating pool because they are successful and stunningly beautiful but most do not seem to take accountability for their mistakes in relationships and still want 10/10 based on their looks . Unfortunately men look at beautiful successful women a certain age like “you here cuz you struck out” no matter what excuse they give for still being single. So that’s why I say this season really reflects the dating pool: bare minimum men who feel like they finally get to get 10s because they’ve grown desperate enough to settle for them. Rasheena comes off desperate-chaz said he hates mkup, she loves mkup but said “we’ll get past that”smh-this may be her broken picker. Each girl is slowly revealing what keeps them from getting the man they want. Vanessa and Chaz seem cute and like rtl intentionally set it so they could find each other but I think he will have eyes for other girls and she’s gonna get jealous. It’s like so refreshing when you find someone nice after trash after trash but you can’t get smitten too quickly because you still don’t know them. Vanessa letting the other men make Chaz more attractive than he is. Chaz likes her elegance but also like big boobs and he can not lie.
Because of the "male loneliness crisis," women (esp. Black women) are being conditioned to fix this by having *all* the grace & doing *all* the work in relationships VERSUS men being compelled to figure out solutions & become better human beings.

I really feel like the requirements for men to be on this show are waaaay lower than for women. Its always so mismatched.

Men don't sign up for the shows, so they have to recruit varying via IG. P.O. from Potomac recently corroborated this.
