Has anyone making cookies with condensed milk before? if not then you should give this recipe a try. I replace some butter with cream cheese to enhance the flavor and also make the cookie less greasy. The secret ingredient - sweetened condensed milk caramel brings the cookies to the next level and make it irresistible.
分享最近做的焦糖炼奶饼干。我用奶油奶酪取代部分的牛油用量，饼干吃起来不腻口，也有淡淡的奶味，跟焦糖炼奶的味道非常搭。刚做好的饼干外层比较硬脆，两天后会变得酥脆，味道也更佳！
Ingredients：
1）Butter - 125g
2）Cream cheese - 60g
3）Duche de leche - 100g
4）Cake flour - 200g
5）Expresso and and butterscotch morsels

可以用炼奶(condensed milk)。但炼奶比较焦糖炼奶稀，要适量增加低筋面粉的量
