I think it's close enough to almost a 100% utilizing of the 4090. It depends a lot on the games etc. It wasn't worth buying the 4080 over the 4090, when I knew the 7800X3D was just around the corner 🙂
Just got 7800x3d & Asus TUF 4090 OC Edition, 32gb CL28 5600mhz Gskill, assuming I'm going to get 240+ on every map for my refresh rate. I'm also on 1080p still for a little bit.
It really depends on the maps. Some of them are not really optimized well. You can expect the same as you see here, since there is only 1-2% difference in performance.
@@Xaqrok im gonna buy the 7800x3d but I don't know what to take between the two (cl28 5600mhz or cl30- 6000mhz) the price of the 2 is almost identical and i want play at 1080p max with the most fps
I was expecting more performance than this, my 4070ti paired with i511400f hits averages 150/170 at 1440p all high/ultra settings… I have a 4090 waiting for another build, haven’t decided yet though what to pair it with.
You can't really compare the game right now, with when I uploaded this video 😅 It's been optimized and drivers are working like they should. Unlike in the beginning when it was first released.
I have same combo but g skill Trident neo z 6000 and I have CAL at 30. With gigabyte oc 4090 stock and I average 240 fps at 1440p max settings besides motion blur and the depth of field. In intensive areas it drops to like 212 and my 1% lowa is 194 or so. Your performs much lower just because cas 32 on the ram and is the Fe version of the card 🤔
It depends a lot on the maps tbh. I capped it to 240hz and it stays around 230-240 fps. It can also have something to do with dlss settings and any kind of OC .. I'm running stock settings (except EXPO). It doesn't make any noticeable difference going from CL 32 to 30. Performance between the FE and AIB models are within 1-2% difference at max (tested STRIX, TUF and PNY as well). What is funny tho, is that the STRIX 4080 I had was performing similar to the 4090's in 1440p with the same settings. ua-cam.com/video/GJIB9sVpjQY/v-deo.html Not sure if this game is just poorly optimised or not ..
I think both the 4090 and 7900xtx excel at 4k and don’t come out with as big of gains in 1440p based on benchmarks I’ve watched. And we already know about 4090 behavior at certain resolutions with certain cpu configurations. At the end of the day I need to stop buying new shit and stick with my configuration for as long as I can lol.
You do know it’s because you have a 7900 XTX and it scales better. Good luck with Nvidia Reflex and g sync when playing competitive games like this. I have 7800x3d and will get zen 5 x3d
Good work bro😊.
This setting doesn't get a bottleneck?

I have a 7800x3d along with Asus strix 4090 oc and gkill trident neo 6000 32 Gb 30 CL, but can’t even get a stable 240 fps at 1080p any tips.
Well, don't play 1080p 😅
Joke a side. That does seem a bit strange .. Are you perhaps limited buy a faulty cable or so?
@@mogensen84 faulty cable as in psu or displays cable/hdmi.
Why is power limit set to 80% not 100%?
Also is this windows 10 or 11? if so why.. and thanks
Less power consumption and heat.
Running Windows 11 👍

Yes, cause AMD scales better in MW2 - It's always been like that.
But I also play a lot of games with raytracing on, which AMD can't keep up with.
