Well I make the videos long enough lol. It’s hard to cut down a 4-6 hr ride. I like to keep as much in as possible and try not to put people to sleep watching. Thanks for sharing
What’s going on it’s gunner from the 74 moose run ,next time you up there I’ll totally hit those waterfalls with you ,I’m located In California city about 30 minute ride from where I am to those hill climbs , there are some crazy stuff up in those mountains!
Thanks Blake. If you want to go ride may 30- June 2 I’ll be headed up around the Tahoe area for some hard enduro training prepping for donner. Send me an email at george@hardcoreenduro.com
Right on Awsome video I’ve got a 2023 wr250f Awsome bike the new ones you have to uncork them I got the competition ECU and ccu I just rolled over 110 hours 3200 km no issues at all switch up the rear tire another two weeks ago , to the Dunlop mx34 so far it’s a good tire in the stuff I ride lots of rock and tree roots mud woods riding fun as heck , I didn’t mind the mx33 it stalk on the 23 Wr . I noticed on the new fuel injected WRs the idle needs to be tired up about 300 rpm to stop the flameouts in the slow technical stuff . I also fabricated my own gytr race baffle for the muffler because they are not available in Canada , I couldn’t find one any way . I really want to get the FMF full exhaust system hopefully by the end of summer I’ll have one . Yha but the WR is an Awsome bike , I should probably do my valve inspection at 150 hours . I checked it at 50 hours every thing was in spec . I really don’t ride my bike hard I’m rarely up past 9 or 10,000 rpm the new ones rev to 16,000 rpm . They are rockets and the suspension is just perfect stalk for a guy my size 165 170 soaking wet lol . They are a bit tall in the seat though once you set your sag though a guy 5”7” can tip toe . It really makes pivot turns hard lol all in learning the sport man I love it
The wr is a wonderful bike. A little heavy. But I’m used to it. Very reliable and plenty of power once unshackled from emission control. I just need to keep improving my skill. I’m a big believer that the bike isn’t holding back the rider it’s the rider holding back the bike.
A fairly easy thing to do is check the spark plug and see what color it is, then you can try adjusting the clip on the needle of carb slide if it has different positions... may clean up the throttle a bit on that wr250f. If not then id go for a new plug and try jetting
If you get up there right the beginning of spring that is full of water I was in my area and there is an area just like where you’re riding right now and there was about 2 1/2 feet of water if you fell over on your bike, your bike was drowning Luckily I didn’t fall over where we were driving fun as hell though man 24:25
Bookshelf. Is that what it's called? I always hate crossing that thing. I can't imagine falling off would cause less damage than a totaled bike and several broken limbs.
Man that sounds awesome. Memorial weekend is opening weekend for me taking my boat out to the lake. I definitely want to hit that ride up sometime Would have to be in the fall or next spring time for me to make it out there
For racing you don’t need a plated bike or even a offraod sticker Just need a spark arrester. But to practice and ride trails you need a registered off road bike for any blm or national park ground or designated ohv park. A plated bike is great too but it still has to be compliant in whatever state your in Even if you cross state lines
@@hardcoreenduro Hello George, I'm was an avid dirt biker back in the day and I just discovered hard enduro and want in, is there a race schedule available somewhere online I can get access to? much appreciated for your great videos!
Right on. US hard enduro lists all the hard enduros in the states. Canada also has a lot of hard enduros as well. A they are world wide would be amazing to do.
Don’t fall number one. It’s not a long distance to cross just nice and easy across It’s really not that bad You just can’t dump the bike. So don’t stop
I can watch this all day long!

Right on Gunner. There sure is. We need to hit it all Hit me up at george@hardcoreenduro.com
Sorry I’m trying to hit you up a different way I can’t figure it out 😂
Check the mid body gasket on the carburetor. My WR was running the same way until I changed mine. Just my 2 cents.
Great video everything in that area looks so fun

I’ll check that out thanks.
Another thing could be the float height of the carb could be off a little
Or even just the air fuel mixture screw could be off on side of the carb.
Sound like I need to bring the bike to you Thanks for the tips
Anything to help!
Good riding and tire info👍🏻
Thanks. I’ll have a tire review coming soon so you can see the wear I’ve had with the different tires I’ve used

Can’t blink on that one
Some friends and I are going to ride 5 miles of hell for memorial weekend if you want to go!

@@hardcoreenduro cool! We will be back out there again in the fall. Trying to get in as many rides as possible before they close it all down.
When you know throw me a date in fall. George@hardcoreenduro.com
Are these bikes plated? do they require them to be plated to be able to ride these events? I want to give it a shot and want to buy the right bike!
