I played football, trained boxing/mma, and skated growing up. Got into bmx at 31 and I can definitely say bmx is the fkn gnarliest. What deemo said about trying unfamiliar tricks is true, you just need to be fucking down. The consequences can be very high if you make a mistake. First time going to ER was because of bmx haha
